The hotel is perfect for a quick city stop. The main entrance has a beautiful chic design looks super cute with a tray full of candy’s and sweets to welcome you. The room was ok. A little bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was good and basic. Location was perfect. We stayed there 2 nights and managed to do everything walking.

Unfortunately they did not give us more than extra 30min for a late checkout - which was the same for all guests, being diamond members did not matter. We will definitely come back. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y podíamos oír el ruido, pero están muy bien decoradas y las camas son cómodas. Desafortunadamente, no nos dieron más de 30 minutos adicionales para una salida tardía, que era lo mismo para todos los huéspedes, no importaba ser miembros de diamantes. Perfection from start to finish. I’m a consultant and have spent nearly 2,000 nights in hotels around the world and this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The service from the check in staff to housekeeping to breakfast and the bar staff is all world class. The rooms are well designed apportioned, the beds are the right amount of soft yet supportive, and the rainfall showers are refreshing. The best part may be the buffet breakfast, particularly the stuffed focaccia and expertly cooked eggs. When I’m back in Lisbon, I will be sure to stay at the Emerald House. I happily recommend this “gem” to anyone. Perfección de principio a fin. El servicio desde el personal de registro hasta el servicio de limpieza y el desayuno y el personal del bar es de primera clase. En lo particular este hotel lo considero de 5⭐️ y no de 4, La habitación es muy cómoda y limpia, además de los detalles que hacen que tu estadía sea más placentera. El personal es muy amable y hablan Perfecto inglés, español y portugués. La comida del restaurante es buena, al igual que los desayunos. El único inconveniente es que al ser tan cómodo no te dan ganas de salir, y comienzan a hacer la limpieza muy temprano y el ruido te despierta, pero es un hotel genial 👍.

Este es un hermoso hotel con un ambiente boutique. Las habitaciones eran bonitas y espaciosas. Hay un lindo carrito con una selección de dulces en el vestíbulo que son bastante sabrosos. Me gusta la idea del bar en el vestíbulo, pero encontré que la disponibilidad del servicio allí es demasiado alta o se pierde durante el horario de atención. Vale la pena señalar que este hotel está un poco alejado de muchas de las áreas más animadas de la ciudad. Si no te importa caminar un poco, entonces realmente no es un problema. Estar fuera de los caminos trillados permite una noche mucho más tranquila si decides intentar dormir temprano (pero no lo hagas; ¡experimenta la vida nocturna única de Lisboa!).

This is a beautiful hotel with a boutique feel. The rooms were nice and spacious. There is a cute cart with a selection of candies in the lobby which are quite tasty. I like the idea of the bar in the lobby but found the availability of service there to be hot or miss during operating hours. It’s worth noting this hotel is a little ways from a lot of the more happening areas in town. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk then it really isn’t a problem. Being off the beaten path allows for a much quieter evening if you decided to try and get to sleep early (don’t do that though; experience the unique nightlife of Lisbon!).

O quarto reservado não estava disponível e colocaram-me num quarto twin.Higiene do quarto desagradável (havia unhas cortadas na carpete).Já fiquei em imensos hotéis da cadeia, mas este sem sombra de dúvida ficou muito á quem.Aconselho a que permitam os vossos colaboradores a tomarem decisões sem ter que aguardar por um colaborador, ou apenas redirecionar para que exponha o problema por e-mail.Que como habitual irão demorar uma eternidade para responder.A quem ver este comentário, há melhores opções em Lisboa!

La casa Emerald estaba en una excelente ubicación para explorar el centro histórico y el área de Belham. Todo estaba a un paseo en scooter, pero abundaban en la orilla del agua. El personal siempre fue amable y servicial. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y tranquilas. Disfruté de una habitación con balcón donde trabajé un poco y bebí vino de Oporto. Una estancia fantástica y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Tuve una gran estadía en The Emerald House Lisboa. Reservé en el último minuto porque estaba indeciso sobre qué ciudad quería visitar durante mi viaje de 3 semanas a Europa. Estuve 5 días.HABITACIÓN 🛏 La habitación era nueva, agradable, bien decorada y venía con todo lo que necesitaba: plancha, tetera, muchos enchufes y una cama súper cómoda.La habitación estándar es perfecta para 1 o 2 personas. El baño fue lo más destacado de la habitación para mí.UBICACIÓN 🏨 Inicialmente cuando llegué pensé que estaba en las afueras de la ciudad, pero The Emerald Hotel está en el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de buenos restaurantes y estar lejos de TODO el turista. La parte central de Lisboa es MUY turística y no recomendaría alojarse allí. El centro de la ciudad estaba a unos 15 minutos a pie. Pero hay muchas cosas para explorar en el barrio de Santos.También hay un espacio de trabajo conjunto y un museo al lado.PERSONAL 🧑🏼‍💼 Cada miembro del personal con el que me encontré fue muy educado y servicial. No podría pedir una recepción o un personal de comedor más receptivo.COMIDA 🍔 La comida fue excelente! The Emerald house was in a great location for exploring historic downtown and the Belham area. Everything was a scooter ride away but those were plentiful down by the waterside. Staff was always kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. I enjoyed a balcony room where I did some work and sipped Port wine. A fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Had a great stay at The Emerald House Lisbon. Booked last minute because I was undecided which city I wanted to visit during my 3 week trip to Europe. I stayed for 5 days. ROOM 🛏 The room was new, nice, well decorated, and came with everything I needed: iron, tea kettle, plenty of outlets, and a super comfortable bed. The standard room is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was a highlight of the room for me. LOCATION 🏨 Initially when I arrived I thought I was on the outskirts of the city, but The Emerald Hotel is in the perfect spot to enjoy good restaurants and be away from ALL the tourist. The central part of Lisbon is VERY touristy and I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The city center was about a 15 minute walk. But there lots of things to explore in the Santos neighborhood. There’s also a co-working space and museum next door. STAFF 🧑🏼‍💼 Every staff member I came across was super polite and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive front desk or dining staff. FOOD 🍔 The food was excellent! I highly recommend the Chef’s Hamburger (which is on the room service menu but can be ordered downstairs as well). The breakfast is a nice spread and I think because it’s a Hilton (American) hotel the breakfast is more American based. GYM 🤸🏿‍♂️ The gym on the lower level is good and has a little more space than most hotel gyms but it’s great if you need to get a quick workout in. There’s a bike, 2 treadmills, weights and a bench. Overall, I didn’t have any issues during my 5 day stay. I was treated kindly and appreciated the attention to details. There was some small construction projects going on during the day around the hotel. But the hotel is brand new and I think they are sill figuring some things out. Keep in mind a lot of American visitors stay here probably because it’s a Hilton Hotel.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que se siente como un 5 estrellas. Pasamos 10 días en Portugal en 4 hoteles diferentes, y The Emerald House fue el hotel con mejor relación calidad-precio en Lisboa. El personal fue excelente, las habitaciones son hermosas y limpias y la ubicación es excelente y tranquila. Por momentos, nos sentimos como en casa. Muy recomendable. Y definitivamente, ¡volveremos!

I loved staying here. What a great hotel in a great location. The front desk staff, the bartender Shah, the food and beverage manager and the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was great and clean. The bed is comfortable. The ate at the bar and the food was delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

A 4-star hotel that feels like 5-star. We spent 10 days in Portugal in 4 different hotels, and The Emerald House was the best value hotel in Lisbon. The staff was excellent, the rooms are beautiful and clean and the location is great and quiet. For moments, we feel at home. Highly recommended. And definitely, we will be back!

Room actually quite nice with a lot of attention to detail. Seems as if the upgrade for Hilton Diamond was honoured. Location is fine in a quiet neighbourhood, which I like, but nothing special. Bar staff and F&B Management extremely friendly and helpful. Very good service. Breakfast staff however less so, not very enjoyable. Food selection is fine but no offers for tea or eggs but multiple questions about my room number from different staff. Check in before 1500 hrs not possible as no rooms clean which I find very hard to believe that all rooms will be clean at once at 1500 on the minute. Other houses offer to call when a room is ready. Especially, since all tap flights from europe arrive very early. Here, I almost begged as had to get ready for a work function but no flexibility at all. I can recommend the hotel because of the nice room but for my future Lisbon bookings I would most likely have to go back to the doubletree for early check in. Check out also not flawless. When asked for my feedback it was not well received and a long discussion started. Why ask if everything was fine if you do not want to hear the guests opinion?

O hotel além de ser novo está em uma excelente localização. Muito confortável, café da manhã excelente, atendimento e receptividade nota 10. Vim a trabalho mas irei retornar com minha esposa para passearmos. Ela irá adorar o hotel, principalmente pela decoração.

Hotel sensacional! Limpeza excelente, atendimento maravilhoso, pessoal muito educado e receptivo! Café da manhã farto, ótima localização, tudo novo, eu e meu esposo fomos muito bem tratados e quando voltarmos para Lisboa, com certeza ficaremos novamente neste hotel!

Experiencia absolutamente fantástica. Me alojé en The Emerald House durante casi un mes por motivos de trabajo y estaba muy triste por irme.El hotel es completamente nuevo y solo abrió en enero, por lo que todo está limpio, las toallas son suaves, las camas son cómodas pero firmes. El personal era muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es perfecta, en un vecindario tranquilo, a unos 15 minutos a pie de las principales atracciones o más rápido en scooter. También está a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto en taxi. El desayuno es sólido con algunas buenas opciones continentales y huevos que se pueden pedir recién cocinados; también hay varios restaurantes excelentes cerca. Recomiendo conseguir una habitación con balcón para disfrutar de las fantásticas vistas.Sin embargo, creo que el hotel es mejor para estadías más cortas (una semana o menos)... Es bastante difícil que lo recojan o lo dejen, ya que está en una ruta de autobús, por lo que las maletas más pequeñas son mejores. Realmente no hay un buen lugar para trabajar, el escritorio es pequeño y el salón de la planta baja tiene mesas de formas extrañas; hay un espacio de trabajo conjunto al lado con el que el hotel debería asociarse. También podría haber algún tipo de oferta de lavandería con descuento para estadías más largas (que ofrecen otros Hilton), ya que resultó más barato comprar ropa nueva que lavar nada.Diciendo que definitivamente me quedaré de nuevo cuando regrese a Lisboa, el hotel es mucho mejor y está más cerca del centro que el Doubletree también.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I stayed at The Emerald House for almost a month for work and was very sad to leave.The hotel is brand new and only opened in January, so everything is clean, towels are soft, beds are comfortable yet firm. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood maybe 15 minutes walk from major attractions or quicker by scooter. It’s also about 20 minutes to the airport via taxi. Breakfast is solid with some good continental options and eggs that can be ordered freshly cooked - there’s also a number of great restaurants nearby. I’d recommend getting a balcony room for the fantastic views.However, I do think the hotel is better for shorter stays (a week or less)… It’s quite difficult to get picked up or dropped off as it’s on a bus route road so smaller bags are better. There’s not really a good place to work the desk is small and the downstairs lounge has oddly shaped tables - there is a co-working space next door the hotel should partner with. Also there could be some sort of discounted laundry offering for longer stays (which some other Hiltons offer), as it worked out cheaper to buy new clothes than to get anything washed.Saying that I will definitely stay again when I’m back in Lisbon, the hotel is a lot better and closer to the center than the Doubletree too.

Recomendaron muchos restaurantes y cosas que hacer. La comida está deliciosa. En serio, la galleta de limón es increíble. La habitación era preciosa. Me alojé en la suite Esmeralda. Todo esta a un paso de distancia caminando. He estado en hoteles Hilton de todo el mundo y todos son agradables; sin embargo, este siempre será mi favorito, y esta fue mi primera vez en Portugal.

This hotel is my favorite Hilton in the world. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff is incredibly friendly. They let me practice my Portuguese with them. I was traveling by myself, and they were so accommodating. They recommended plenty of restaurants and things to do. The food is delicious. Seriously, the lemon biscuit is incredible. The room was gorgeous. I stayed in the Emerald suite. Everything is within walking distance. I have been to Hiltons around the world, and they are all nice; however, this one will forever be my favorite, and this was my first time in Portugal.
