Did anyone notice an extra $75 charge? It's subtle and you have to do the math on your charges. It is not listed on your receipt. While I booked my hotel, it was clear what the room charge for the hotel was for 2 nights and there was a parking fee that you paid when you checked in to your hotel. 2 nights parking fee was a total of $49.80 ($23/night + taxes $1.90/charge = $49.80). However, nowhere in my receipts showed a $75 fee. I did not know until I got to the hotel. The lady at the front desk briefly said there would be an extra $75 fee. But when I questioned her, she seemed aggressive about it and acted like I should know and talked fast so I could just swipe my card and move on. I didn't want to argue with her because I questioned her when I arrived and when I left and she had the same aggressive and demeaning tone. End of the stay when I received emails of my receipts, none of them showed $75 charge on the receipt, however the charge on my account showed a total of $124.80. $124.80 - 49.80 = $75. I will pay whatever I need to pay so long as it is CLEAR and I am notified of it during my purchasing process on the website which it was not. Clearly, this was a hidden charge. How come this $75 is not stated on my receipts, and then shows up as a larger number on my CC statement? Anyway, had to call customer service and this charge is in dispute now. Being a Hilton Honors Diamond member I would have expected a better experience.This felt more like a budget hotel where you get what you pay for.Maintenance had to replace the shower head because of how clogged it was, the furniture was dirty and worn and the pull out was broken and I wouldn’t have put a two year old on it to sleep it was so bad.Finally the staff was not friendly, I called down for blankets for the pull out because there was none in room and I was immediately hit with attitude.When I went down to get the blanket there was only one and was told that’s it!Sorry but this was not a good experience and won’t be back. Thanks

It was a great experience. Recommend for kids, leisure, pets, gay friendly… just awesome. Monica and Marisol at the front desk are a sunshine, the girls at the breakfast room are so nice and helpful and the cleaning staff is very friendly. Adoro! A equipe humana é incrível! Eles cuidam e são muito gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã foi incrível, o quarto era grande, limpo e bem equipado. A localização é ótima. Foi uma ótima experiência. Recomendo para crianças, lazer, pets, gay friendly… simplesmente demais. Monica e Marisol na recepção são um sol, as meninas da sala de café da manhã são muito simpáticas e prestativas e a equipe de limpeza é muito simpática.

The staff went above and beyond! It was very clean the check- in process was pleasant.The only negative was that an elevator was being serviced which only left one elevator available for the entire hotel 😣 but the friendly staff made it better! I will definitely be going back!

We love this hotel! Everyone is professional and friendly. Each suite booking comes with free breakfast. They have a nice selection of snacks, wine, frozen foods, and detergents to purchase. It’s within walking distance to Galleria Mall, and other restaurants. Very, very quiet! We also like that we can cook our own meals while we are there. We have several favorites that works the front desk, but I don’t know their names, but I know Ms. Lisa name, and she’s the best. ❤️ Adoramos este hotel! Todos são profissionais e amigáveis. The hotel room was very clean and comfy, I had a girls night slumber party and it was the best. The room was cool on a hot Saturday night and the Hotel desk agent was more than happy to get me some ice (because I lack sense of direction in finding an ice machine 🤣). The shower was nice and hot, I mean REALLY hot, and the water pressure was the best ever. I slept like a newborn baby after a night of cake and gummy bears. I would absolutely book this hotel again. 🥰 O quarto de hotel era muito limpo e confortável, eu tinha uma festa do pijama da noite das meninas e foi o melhor. O quarto estava fresco em uma noite quente de sábado e o agente da recepção do hotel ficou mais do que feliz em me pegar um pouco de gelo (porque não tenho senso de direção para encontrar uma máquina de gelo 🤣). O chuveiro era bom e quente, quero dizer MUITO quente, e a pressão da água era a melhor de todas. Dormi como um bebê recém-nascido depois de uma noite de bolo e ursinhos de goma. Eu absolutamente reservar este hotel novamente. 🥰

Very good and clean hotel. We booked 2 rooms with queen beds instead we got two spacious rooms with king beds. The room had everything neat and clean. Totally impressed with the efficiency of the breakfast area. They had providedand arranged the stuff so we make sure we use all the things , cups and cutlery and leave no mess. In deed , everyone used the nook during peak hours left the area so clean. Because we have everything needed to eat peacefully. Food was constantly refilled until closing time.All areas from reception, elevators and rooms are well maintained , cleaned and pleasant. Will book here whenever we come Hotel muito bom e limpo. Reservamos 2 quartos com camas queen size, em vez disso, temos dois quartos espaçosos com camas king size. O quarto tinha tudo arrumado e limpo. Totalmente impressionado com a eficiência da área de café-da-manhã. Excelente en ubicación, limpieza, desayuno; solo que un poco avejentado, hay áreas que necesitan una renovación.

Excelentes habitaciones. Muy completas con refri, lavaplatos, cocina y utensilios. El desayuno incluido esta practico pero de muy buena calidad.

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación es cómoda y a un buen precio, el desayuno que ofrecen es razonable. Les recomiendo proporcionar caja de seguridad en las habitaciones, la nuestra no tenía y es muy útil.

La ubicación es PERFECTA, el hotel cumple con su función. No se emocionen mucho con el desayuno que sinceramente no vale la pena. Tuvimos problema con el colchón del sofá la primera noche y para la segunda, nos ayudaron a corregirlo. Si lo recomiendo solo no recomiendo hacer reservaciones triples porque tienen que cambiar los colchones de los sofás y por COVID no saben cuando será eso y de verdad los que tienen disponibles están para llorar. En general la experiencia fue buena, el personal super atento y había café disponible 24 hrs cosa que para mi estuvo espectacular.

Las suites son cómodas, amplias y bien equipadas. El baño limpio, grande y con todas las comodidades. El servicio de desayuno es variado. Recomendable, pues se encuentra muy cerca a Galleria.
