“Nothing special! Overnight stay for a birthday weekend. Paid a little more for something a little different. Wish I stayed in travel lodge or Premier Inn not that far away. The room was some what clean with a hair in the sink, dust along the walls. Toilet seat was chipped. Single pain windows so very noisy from George Square at all hours. The hotel was so hot used fan provided in room and actually helped with the noise. During our stay we never seen any staff members wearing masks. Understandably not worn behind the desk but none seen with house keeping or when moving around the hotel.Would save money next time get a modern clean room for cheaper down the road.”

“Fantastic location, next door to Queen Street Train Station and our Suite overlooked George Square.The rooms were clean and smelled of green apples, lovely and fresh.It was a really warm weekend so we were glad of the fan which is a bit like Beyonce's wind machine!Brilliant!Could have done with air conditioning though as it was roasting in the rooms!I have to mention the breakfast waitress who went out of her way to get me oat milk for my cereal on the second morning (without being asked).I can't take cows milk so am used to missing out but it was a lovely surprise and I really appreciated it, just shows how much they care for their guests and go that extra mile.The staff were all friendly and any request we had for buckets of ice and robes was immediately fulfilled.We had a great girlie break and will be back.Thank you.”
