“Location, location, location,is not only what you'll find here. The staff went above and beyond the regular service and was almost always more than happy to help. It was my first time at this particular establishment and was pleasantly surprised. Prior to arrival the back office Ericka was very nice to meet all the requirements I kindly requested and on arrival was always following up. The front desk gentleman, who's name I cannot recall, Marcos?! was very nice as well. Not to mention the lounge staff Daniela was also very helpful, because I had a technical issue and she was able tosolve it for me.All in all very good experience, the only downside if I had to look for one would be the decor is a little outdated and there were no USB ports anywhere.”
