“Ótima recepção, quartos enormes e bem divididos, cama sala cozinha banheiro, café da manhã estilo americano nada a reclamar só se acostumar, fiz pedidos para receber no hotel e o pessoal da recepção foi bem solicito, voltaria sempre.”

“Let's face it: the hotel is just as good as expected for this category, the problem is service: we forgot a dress in the room's closet and they weren't able at least to recover it. Calling to front desk took more than 5 minutes, and they never found the dress after 25 minutes of "searching". What other options besides "someone stole the dress" are available?”
