“Esse hotel realmente merece uma ótima classificação. Para começar ....toda equipe da recepção bem atenciosos e cordiais . Suites bem espaçosas e limpas . O café da manhã é bem diversificado e com qualidade . O restaurante do hotel é muito agradável , aconchegante , vale a pena apreciar as delícias q tem no cardápio. Há 4 anos atrás quando nesse hotel nos hospedamos em Lisboa , foi muito marcante positivamente. Alguns funcionários se destacam de uma forma maravilhosa ( um deles o gerente ) q tornou nossa viagem mais agradável nos auxiliando em algumas coisas necessárias . Sem dúvidas , quando retornar em Lisboa , me hospedarei nesse maravilhoso hotel .”

“Update: please confirm and reconfirm with the staff that breakfast is included in your reservation or not. We had been told it is included and we enjoyed it daily. We got charges later on!

Location is perfect. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served is the newly renovated restaurant. Overall a great experience. Rooms are small, so you might be better to leave the stroller with the reception if you are travelling with kids.”
