BED BUGS ... enquanto estava no quarto 208, encontrei um grande bug de cama no banheiro e um de bebê embaixo do meu travesseiro. Capturei o bebê e o levei para a recepção, fui para uma sala em um andar diferente (depois que eu o desmontei procurando por mais). Deixei minha bagagem na área de armazenamento para que eu pudesse desinfetá-la antes de colocá-la no novo quarto. O gerente me avisou que ele ligou para a Terminex, eles inspecionaram e não encontraram nada ... EXCETO O LIVE BUG QUE EU DEI! então eles vão alugar aquele quarto infestado de insetos para o próximo hóspede e eu tenho que limpar tudo o que tenho. A melhor parte são eles insinuando que talvez eu o tenha trazido na minha bagagem !!!

Muito bom hotel novo. Os quartos são limpos e espaçosos. O hotel está convenientemente localizado em frente ao shopping center com lojas, comida, cinema etc. Café-da-manhã servido de manhã foi OK não great. Estacionamento foi pequena mas uma ótima estadia para o preço.

Adorei o hotel ! Quartos lindos e modernos cheios de entradas USB roupa de cama boas ! Limpeza perfeita ! Só faltou cofre no quarto

BED BUGS...while staying in room 208 I found one large bed bug in the bathroom and a baby one under my pillow. Captured the baby one and brought it to the front desk, moved to a room on a different floor (after I tore it apart looking for more). Left my luggage in their storage area so I could disinfect it before putting it in the new room. Manager advised me he called Terminex, they inspected & didn't find anything...EXCEPT THE LIVE BUG I GAVE THEM! so they are just going to rent that bug infested room to the next guest & I have to clean everything I own. Best part is them insinuating maybe I brought it in my luggage!!!

Eles me mudaram para outra sala no final do corredor em frente ao saguão (literalmente a última sala). Isso foi inconveniente porque eu estava no meio do meu dia de trabalho e tive que me afastar do meu trabalho para fazer as malas e esperar que eles chegassem me dê novas chaves.O lobby é bom e o café da manhã gratuito é uma vantagem, mas considerando que gastei $ 20 a mais do que reservei o quarto inicialmente (devido a eles não respeitarem a tarifa e "comprometerem") e tive que mudar de quarto durante meu dia de trabalho, não vou ficar aqui novamente.

When I got to hotel they said I canceled the reservation with the lower rate (which makes no sense). They said that particular rate was no longer and "compromised" and gave me $40 off so I was still out $20. The room they gave me had ants and They phone didn't work to call the front desk so I had to use my cell. They moved me to another room at the end of the hall opposite the lobby(literally the last room) This was inconvenient as I was in the middle of my workday and had to take away from my work to pack up and wait for them to come give me new keys. The lobby is nice and the free breakfast that is a plus but considering I spent $20 more than I booked the room for initially (due to them not honoring the rate and "compromising ") and I had to move rooms during my workday, I will not be staying here again.

We used to stay there every couple of months when we'd come out to visit family but ever since May '20 they've turned it into a homeless shelter (literally). You can't clean that place enough to get me to stay there now. More power to them to help out the less fortunate during these times, but good luck getting the platinums and titaniums back.

muy bonito lugar los cuatos sencillos pero bonitos, lo unico que no me gusto es que no ay alberca pero ay muchas cosas que hacer por aqui, ir de compras, mirar peliculas.

Very nice brand new hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located across the street fromshopping center with shops, food, movie theater etc. Breakfast served in the morning was OK not great. Parking lot was tiny but overall a great stay for the price.

Was here for business for 3 days. The hotel is recently renovated so most things are new and fresh. Great location in the Huntington Beach area and easy to get around without using the 405! Beds...
