“We just returned from a 7 day, 6 night stay at this resort (Jambo House). The hotel was fantastic and hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed. We were upgraded to a room with animal view and it definitely made the stay one we’ll never forget. Unfortunately we had a less than pleasant experience with housekeeping. We had the do not disturb sign on our door due to taking a nap. They insisted they had to come in the room to inspect it, which resulted in waking my whole family up. I thought the whole point of that sign was to not disturb? Not to mention the man who came into our room was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. My travel agent had never heard of that and frankly, I’m still annoyed by it. Other than that, our stay was great. Decor was fantastic, everything made you feel like you were in a different world. Food options are some of the best on the Disney property. I can only give 3 stars due to our experience and will not stay again. I’m grateful for the experience but would rather dish out that kind of money where my privacy can be respected and my child can nap in peace without being disturbed”
