“We booked an apartment for 6 nights the night before. When we arrived on time , we had to wait one and half hour to check in even though it wasn't that busy. Once we got to our apartment, the apartment was missing a lot of essential things. We had to call the reception for every single item. When i asked the reception why there are things missing, the receptionist said, that they forgot to put the essential stuff in the room. Me calling for the water, tissues, etc.. continued till i left. I would leave this hotel but they had no refund policy. so once you pay, you can't get your money. Hyatt Regency is a famous hotel and them NOT HAVING FREE WIFI WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!”

“Stayed for a week in the hotel with family & the experience was outstanding. Staff was really helpful & food was mind blowing. Location is quite convenient & cabs can be arranged quickly. Well connected to metro if you want to explore using public transport. If you are Gold lover then Gold Sukh is around 1 km from this place. Recommend to anyone visiting Dubai for first time.”
