Este fue un lugar maravilloso. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien organizada y tenía un área de trabajo, refrigerador, microondas, etc. La habitación estaba completamente desinfectada y sellada antes del check in. Había varias estaciones de desinfectante de manos en todo el hotel. Café caliente y fresco disponible en el vestíbulo las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana y había una mini-tienda muy bien surtida para bocadillos nocturnos. Había un desayuno completo por las mañanas de 6 a 10. También había WiFi gratis.

Este era um lugar maravilhoso. O quarto era muito limpo e bem organizado e tinha uma área de trabalho, geladeira, microondas, etc. o quarto estava totalmente higienizado e selado antes do check-in. Havia várias estações de desinfetante para as mãos em todo o hotel. Café quente e fresco estava disponível no lobby 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana e havia uma mini-loja muito bem abastecida para larica tarde da noite. Houve um pequeno-almoço completo todas as manhãs das 6 às 10. Houve também Wi-Fi gratuito.

Ótimo quarto, cama espaçosa e macia, chuveiro excelente, bom café da manhã. O lugar é um pouco afastado da capital, mas vale a pena pois o bairro é lindo.

This was a wonderful place. The room was very clean and well organized and had a work area, refrigerator, microwave, etc. the room was full sanitized and sealed prior to check in. There were multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. Hot and fresh coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and there was a very well stocked mini-store for late night munchies. There was a full breakfast in the mornings from 6 to 10. There was also free WiFi.

Este é um ótimo hotel para ficar.Limpeza: 10/10 Equipe: 10/10 Local: 10/09A equipe foi bastante calorosa, atenciosa e amigável. Os quartos eram bastante limpos e grandes. Fica a 30 minutos de DC, então não é ruim na localização também.Eu definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente no futuro!

This is a great hotel to stay at. Cleanliness: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 9/10 Staff was quite warm, helpful and friendly. Rooms were quite clean and big. It is 30 minutes from DC so not bad on the location too. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and most of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.I was upset that we (3 rooms) could not get a late checkout when asked and the reason being that is was too many people were checking out.

2 Stars for one reason TURKEY SAUSAGE. I find turkey sausage repulsive and disgusting in every way. Health nuts want to push their garbage on everyone else. Well chew on this, turkey does not taste like sausage, so how many chemicals, fillers and additives do you think have to go in to it to make it taste and look like pork? And that is considered a "healthy" alternative. So how about this? Have real sausage and if some people want to be "healthy", tell them DON’T EAT THE SAUSAGE AND LEAVE NORMAL PEOPLE ALONE!!!!! So I get to start my day with nothing to eat!!!!

Minha revisão seria 5/5 até meu encontro com Elaine na recepção. Dois dos hóspedes do hotel e eu descemos para comprar lanches, como fizemos na noite anterior e esta manhã. Ela nos disse que nosso total era de 14 $, mas não podíamos usar o Apple Pay, então subimos para pegar nosso cartão e dinheiro. Seu tom era extremamente rude. Uma vez que voltamos lá embaixo e fomos pagar com cartão, ela disse que nosso total era de 18$. Ela exigiu meu cartão e o guardou por cerca de 10 minutos. Quando pedimos gentilmente a ela para verificar novamente o papel onde ela anotou nossos itens e o preço, ela disse 14 $. À medida que mais 5 minutos se passaram, perguntamos a ela se podemos pagar com dinheiro, já que estava demorando tanto. Ela agora disse que nosso total era 15$. Lembre-se que temos um saco de doritos, suco de laranja, m&ms e uma barra de snickers. Quando pagamos, ela era ridiculamente pouco profissional e nos fez sentir indesejados e desrespeitados. Ela não devolveu meu cartão até que eu lhe dei o dinheiro. O que ela estava fazendo com isso? Enquanto nos afastávamos, ela bateu uma gaveta e fez um barulho alto. Elaine foi extremamente desrespeitosa e eu verificaria se você está sendo cobrado corretamente neste hotel.

My review was going to be a 5/5 until my encounter with Elaine at the front desk. Two of the hotel guests and I came downstairs to buy snacks as we did the night before and this morning. She told us our total was 14$ but we couldn’t use apple pay, so we went upstairs to get our card and cash. Her tone was extremely rude. Once we came back downstairs and went to pay with card, she said our total was 18$. She demanded my card and kept it for around 10 minutes. When we kindly asked her to recheck the paper where she wrote down our items and the price, she said 14$. As another 5 minutes went on, we asked her if we can just pay with cash since it was taking so long. She now said our total was 15$. Mind you we got a bag of doritos, orange juice, m&ms and a snickers bar. When we payed she was ridiculously unprofessional and made us feel unwelcomed and disrespected. She didn’t return my card until after I gave her the cash. What was she doing with it? As we walked away she slammed a drawer and made a loud noise. Elaine was extremely disrespectful and I would double check to make sure you are being charged correctly at this hotel.

Funcionários simpáticos, hotel limpo, bom café da manhã; Eu derrubei uma estrela porque as camas são barulhentas e muito duras e os travesseiros não são confortáveis; mas talvez eu possa ser muito mimado com camas e travesseiros de qualidade Marriott. Se fosse possível eu daria 4,5 estrelas. No geral não é um hotel ruim.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast; I knocked one star down because the beds are noisy and very hard and the pillows are not comfortable; but maybe I may be too spoiled with Marriott quality beds and pillows. If it was possible I would have given 4.5 stars. Overall not a bad hotel.

Este é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar em Alexandria! Os quartos são lindos e espaçosos. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos! Tínhamos muitas perguntas sobre como explorar DC enquanto estávamos lá e eles foram rápidos em ajudar! Há também uma ótima pizzaria bem perto. O café da manhã estava delicioso. This is a great place to stay in Alexandria! The rooms are lovely and spacious. The employees are friendly and so helpful! We had many questions about exploring DC while we were there and they were quick to help! There is also a great pizza place very close by. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend staying at this Hampton Inn!
