I was there for a 2 day conference. The staff was very helpful. I had a diabetic episode about 4 AM in which I needed something sweet, and the night staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and the conference rooms were good and the catering was good.

Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Loved the Starbucks in the lobby. Just wished it had evening hours. I’m sure someone at the restaurant would have made me a coffee had I asked. Definitely will go back for a shopping trip.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Quiet location, didn't hear any street noise. The shopping mall was a short walk away. The restaurant and bar were great. There were also other restaurants within walking distance. Reception staff was very nice, courteous and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

The ideal location. Nice clean hotel with relaxed personalized service. What we especially liked was the default option of opting out of daily room service. This should be routine in all hotels. We used it and only asked for whatever linen and coffee supplies we needed. Much more eco-friendly this way. The parking is plentiful and the front desk was always manned by cheerful courteous people. Will definitely stay here again...

We were really excited to stay at this Hilton, I’d never stayed at a Hilton property with an Executive Lounge and we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately the Executive Lounge seems to be permanently closed. The spa was also closed. The coffee bar and gift shop was only really open in the morning…it’s non-coffee bar items are accessible the rest of the time through a side door, but item check out is at the front desk. The hotel’s public hallways also seemed very warm, I checked a thermostat and it said 77 deg F. The room was fine, but no USB plugs…which in 2022 I expect as a normal amenity in a room. Beds were also very soft, felt off from Hilton beds I’m used to. All in all, just a bit of a disappointment and very average stay.

Too little food service and too many animals.

Put animals in a kennel. They donât belong in people areas unless they are Seeing Eye dogs, etc. Open the bar/restaurant midday. We had to leave the hotel to eat. Even the snack shop closed...
