“This resort was AMAZING! My girlfriend and I stayed for 5 days 6 nights. The service was impeccable. We always had a drink in our hand while we were sitting at the beach. Make sure you tip a dollar or two when they bring you a drink and they will keep them coming! We saw employees spraying down all surfaces with disinfectant at night. It really made us feel more comfortable traveling outside of the country. We loved the fact that the resort has a beach bag in the room for you to use. This saved us a lot of space in our luggage. Live Aqua also does complimentary COVID-19 Antigen testing so that you can re-enter your country if traveling internationally. We got the results back that night. The only thing we were negatively surprised about was how much money they needed to hold for room charges and incidentals. They took $400 out of my girlfriends bank account to put as a "hold" for these things. The money looked as though it came out of her account, but when we left the resort all of it was put back in her account, besides what we charged to the room. Overall, it was an incredible experience. Much better than any place we have ever stayed in the US. We will be back for sure!”
