Minha esposa e eu ficamos uma noite no El Mapi após passarmos todo o dia caminhando em Machu Picchu. Quarto amplo, camas muito confortáveis, edredon excelente e o melhor chuveiro que utilizamos no país! Recomendo!

Ganhamos um jantar de brinde na chegada, mas ele não compensou a falta de água quente no quarto as 4 horas da manhã do dia seguinte. Deixei o chuveiro aberto por uns 20 minutos e nada. Liguei p receção e disseram que levaria 20 minutos p chegar água quente. Tomei banho frio mesmo. Meu marido esperou mais um pouco e nada. Também foi para o banho frio. A temperatura ambiente era em torno de 10 graus. Não precisa de despertador para acordar as 4 da manhã. Um galo canta a plenos pulmões. O atendimento é excelente. A comida é muito boa, ótimo café da manhã. Quarto simples, banheiro feio, com cortina ao invés de box.

Não fiquei hospedada neste hotel, só fomos ao bar, que é muito agradável. Melhores drinks do Peru, servidos pelo barman Brian.

Hôtel muito bom no centro de Machu Picchu, restaurante excelente, bom atendimento.

CUIDADO! Estive numa pizzaria que fica em frente ao hotel.Não me hospedei nele. Comi uma pizza muito ruim e um refrigerante e paguei com cartão de crédito. Na minhafatura veio com o nome desse hotel.O valor da conta que foi em torno de 40 sol, foi passado no meu cartão de crédito 40 dólares, que só percebi ao ver a fatura.Fotos da pizzaria.

Hotel muito bom, bastante confortável. O jantar que já está incluso na diária deixou muito a desejar. Se for reservar somente pelo jantar, não vale a pena.

Was here in 2018 and the entire trip, including this hotel was amazing! I plan to come back and I will probably stay here again too!!

Um hotel que esconde no meio de Machu Pichu... uma cidade como a lenda da Inca, que sempre tem uma surpresa, achando nessa cidade pequena... Eu adoro de andar no meio da rua na Madrugada, tão tranquilo junto com estrelas no céu da noite.... eu fica boiando no mar da paz....

Muy completo, muy buena atencion. Lo unico que las habitaciones cercanas al bar pueden ser un poco ruidosas. Todos muy amables y serviciales. El bar muy bueno y el restaurante bastante completo

Súper excelente la atención y el servicio. Lo recomiendo 100%, el personal es muy amable y cordial. La música súper amena y el lugar muy acogedor. La comida riquísima

Hotel agradable, cómodo, hospitalario y personal agradable muy gentil. La taza de los baños muy bajas y pequeñas y la dimensión de las habitaciones son Standard ni muy grandes ni muy pequeñas. El restaurante es algo bueno de destacar, amplio y el desayuno fabuloso. En la barra pedí Pisco Sour de cortesía pero repentinamente no lo servían y me sirvieron un maracuya sour. Después todo salió bien y en mi segunda noche me sirvieron un menú cuyo plato a destacar fue la canilla de cordero que estuvo super bueno, ese plato fue lo mejor de lo mejor. Este hotel está entre los más selectos y se nota la calidad y el servicio.

Hotel de rara apariencia. Entre la pared del bosque y la calle principal. Son varios edificios, enlazados. Se come bastante bien y el bar funciona de maravilla. Tiene una jardinería muy bien cuidada y se puede ver desde un colibrí a una mariposa gigante. De los muchos empleados, sólo una, nos puso cara. Cuenta con spa. En conjunto es un estupendo hotel.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Some rooms reported noise when breakfast starts at 0400. They had a omelette / waffle bar outside the restaurant for breakfasts.

Very clean and organized. The passion fruit pisco sour was great. Service was attentive and fair prices.

We stayed just for one night but liked it very much. The room was clean and amenities were decent. (The conditioner shampoo made my hair dry though, wish they have conditioner or hair pack) The bed was big.The dinner at the hotel restaurant was a 3 course meal and we enjoyed a lot. The soup was quite impressive. The breakfast buffet was nice as well with egg/waffle station + fresh squeezed OJ.The hotel gives two pisco sour welcome drink coupons to be used at the bar. The bar has nice ambiance.The only downside was that the shower and bathroom sink didn't drain well. It could've beenjust our room issue.The staffs (at front desk/lobby/spa) were amazing! Their hospitality is world class!

Please note WE DID NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL - the review is for the bar. The bar is wonderful - friendly and kind staff, great selection of drinks and cocktails and the best sparkling wine we’ve found in South America. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. We also came here for coffee in the morning and had very good cappuccinos. It’s not the cheapest place in the town but the quality and service is excellent.

The view from the hotel alone was incredible. We arrived at night and when we got up the next morning we were greeting by this vista. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel was nice.

I was able to try only half the buffet since most food trays were empty. Everything I tried was very tasty. The pasta bar is excellent. The place is very nice and clean

Was expecting more from an Inkaterra hotel. When we first arrived at 6pm, after we had been walking all day, we were told the only available time for dinner was 9pm. We were tired and hungry and were not going to wait 3 hours for food, so we put our foot down and said we would like to eat earlier. They were quite reluctant to move us, a group of 4, but they made a few phone calls and managed to fit us in. When we got into the room it was absolutely freezing. The window in the bathroom does not have a proper seal so there is a massive gap letting in the cold air. We had to have the heater on all night. To make things worse the rooms are not soundproof at all, and the doors slam shut very loudly. You can hear everything in the corridor and outside. Only good thing about this hotel was the food. It was tasty and varied. Yet when we were in the restaurant there was a massive group in at the same time and the server's attention was mainly on them. You could see they were stressed and couldn't cope with the amount of people. Overall I wouldn't stay here again

El hotel es excelente el personal es muy amable y servicial. La comida es deliciosa tiene muchas alternativas la comodidad de las habitaciones y en general de todo el hotel. Recomiendo este hotel como una excelente alternativa en aguas calientes.

Un lugar muy moderno y lujoso, se encuentro muy cerca a la estación de buses y la boletería. La atención muy buena y los edificios dentro del recinto tienen asensores lo que facilita a muchos el trabajo de subir o bajar luego de llegar cansados del santuario Machu Picchu. La atención es muy rápido y lo mejor de todo es que el desayuno y cena están incluídos en la reserva de una noche en el Hotel. Bien merecido la categoría 4 est rellas.

Una comida deliciosa en un lugar excepcional , en aguas calientes. Luego de recargarte de la energía de Machupichu, comer y estar en este lugar donde además llegan los colibríes.

Great location, and grwat accommodation. When we booked, we weren't told that the soas would cost around 120 soles/person and require a reservation before hand. In addition, there is a time limit of 1 hour in the spas thereafter. That is enough absurdity to reduce their stars by one. In every other sense, they were great and suoer accommodating. The dinner which was included was 3 courses of deliciousness. The lady also brought me lots of tea with honey to help with my sore throat which was spectacular. Their breakfast choice was also significantly amazing.

A superb small boutique hotel that was a welcome surprise in our travels through Peru. The facilities are stylish, and the hotel seems to be continually busy with a good atmosphere. The bar is a good place to chill in the evenings. The restaurant food is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very helpful and will even take your luggage to the station for your departure.
