Absolutely lovely place. Big room and bathroom. Spacious balcony with corner sofa. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. Never had any issues getting sunbeds in a morning. The whole place was constantly being cleaned. All food freshly prepared and a really good variety.
Only downsides were we couldn't go to the beach as it was covered in seaweed, not a fault of the hotel at all. We were in the middle of nowhere and according to the rep it would cost more in a taxi than to hire a car! There was entertainment at night but was finished by approx. 9.45 so could have been more.

My mom and I had an excellent time here for our vacation. It was my mom’s birthday and the staff had decorated the room for the occasion and our two butlers Karen and Janet were so very kind and very on top of things. Everyday by the pool we had our pool waiter Jose Luis bringing us drinks and he was amazing! He would come around often and we had some great conversations with him. The food was great, gave a little bit of everything. This was our third time here and will definitely be coming back!

Es exelente el servicio del hotel y quiero resaltar el servicio y amabilidad del mesero de la piscina frente al restaurant el caribeñonombrado Evelio y del chef Fernando también en el restaurant el caribeño son espectaculares , se lo recomiendo 100 por ciento y las habitaciones bellas , me encantó todo el hotel , no duden en visitarlo

Resort incrível, a equipe é muito eficiente e cortesia. O resort é muito limpo e espaçoso. As opções de comida e restaurantes são bons, mas nada que escrever. Restaurantes em estilo buffet inseguros, onde você e todos os convidados compartilham a mesma alça, não são bons, especialmente quando os funcionários estão usando máscaras e luvas.A praia é horrível e cheia de algas fedorentas, fechando assim a praia. O cheiro está por toda parte, à beira da piscina, no seu pátio, "não há escapatória". O resort não está fazendo nenhum esforço para limpar isso. Caminhamos para vários outros resorts ao longo da praia e vimos os esforços de outros resorts para que sua praia fosse utilizável.Sugiro que pesquise as condições das algas antes de viajar para esta área.

Awesome resort, the staff is very efficient and courtesy. The resort is very clean and spacious. The food options and restaurants are good but nothing to write home about. Unsafe buffet style eateries where you and every guest share the same handle is not good especially when employees are wearing masks and gloves.
The beach is horrible and full of smelly seaweed thereby closing the beach. The smell is everywhere, by the pool, on your patio, "there is no escape". The resort is making no effort to clean this up. We walked to several other resorts along the beach and seen efforts by other resorts to may their beach usable.
I suggest that you research the seaweed conditions before traveling to this area.

Foi aqui agora 4 dias com 1 dia para ir.. Lugar decente geral, mas não espere comer nos restaurantes. Você será relegado ao serviço de buffet ou de quarto. "Reservas" foram difíceis de obter. Demais em comparação com outros resorts com tudo incluído em que ficamos. Isso apesar de ter muitos lugares abertos toda vez que fomos. Estávamos com uma festa de casamento que trouxe 23 casais aqui e a maioria de nós já esteve em muitos resorts para comparar. Todos tiveram a mesma experiência. Eles estragaram tudo para todos nós considerarmos retornar neste 1 ponto sozinho. Tentamos de tudo para fazer o jantar em um horário decente, casais, pequenos grupos, etc. Comemos em 2 restaurantes toda a nossa estadia.

La comida es la mejor que he probado en cualquier resort, la atención del personal es excelente. Destaco en especial a Roberto de Frontdesk que en todo momento fue alguien súper amable, paciente y atento. Le resto una estrella solo por la infraestructura complicada para alguien con poca o limitada movilidad y porque las habitaciones ya están algo obsoletas y ruegan por una muy buena remodelación. En especial mejor Iluminacion, contactos para conexiones, área de ducha, etc. No me gustó mucho el olor en planta baja, pedí un cambio de habitación a planta alta porque la que me asignaron primero olía mucho a drenaje y por su proximidad a la playa el olor del sargazo era muy impregnante en esta ocasión. Y los horarios en restaurantes, todo el tiempo me sentí correteada porque no se si era mala suerte pero siempre estaban por cerrar cocina o por cambiar menú y nos apuraban para servirnos, es un poco estresante si estás de vacaciones.Me encantó y destaco la iluminación del área exterior porque de noche hace el lugar realmente mágico, tomé unas fotos muy buenas del cielo ya que permite ver muy bien las estrellas. Resaltó igual la distribución de todas las piscinas que permite que todos disfruten y tengan acceso rápido a ellas. Pero en especial me quedo con la diversidad de restaurantes y el sabor de los platillos. (En una estancia de 5 días)

Hotel is very clean but dated now and needs a lot of money spent to bring it up to modern standards, rooms just need fresh paint and showers redoing - pool is lovely but tiles falling off every where and sharp edges, cut myself twice already. Staff are lovely and will attend to you more if you tip them but they are understaffed and they need more beds! Everyone one is out at 6am putting towels on the bed to reserve them and by 8am you won't find a bed next to the pool, annoying as people will leave a towel on a bed and not show up all day then appear about 4pm 😡 beach is non existence as it's covered in mounds of seaweed all the time! But apart from that it's lovely place, plenty of activities, kids stuff, entertainment, loads of drink and good food and 28-30 degrees in April 👌🏼

Been here now 4 days with 1 day to go.. Overall decent place but don't expect to eat at the restaurants. You will be relegated to the buffet or room service. "Reservations" were tough to get. Too much so compared to other all inclusive resorts we've stayed at. This despite having plenty of open seating everytime we went. We were with a wedding party that brought 23 couples here and most of us have been to plenty of resorts to compare to. All had the same experience. They blew it for all of us to consider returning on this 1 point alone. We tried everything to make dinner at a decent time, couples, small groups, etc. We ate at 2 restaurants our entire stay.

It ultimately depends on what you're looking to get out of your trip. If you're looking for a very relaxing trip then this would be a location for you. Don't carry much expectations for daytime entertainment or nightlife though as your best bet is to go off-resort.
Food and service were fantastic, but it was the first time of my 15+ years of visiting Mexico that I've been told to watch the volume near a pool bar, at 2pm.

O resort era tão limpo, a equipe sempre prestativa, José Luis à beira da piscina foi especialmente amigável e eficiente, os quartos eram espetaculares. Todo o nosso grupo desfrutou da atmosfera mais pacífica do que muitos resorts e adoramos os shows noturnos. A praia não era a maior, mas a equipe estava constantemente limpando qualquer erva daninha. Havia atividades infantis e um parque aquático separado para crianças pequenas. A única desvantagem foi o grande lance de escadas da piscina até o palco e o bar. Também era acessível por uma longa rampa fora do caminho.

Hotel foi excelente e a equipe foi incrível. Comida e bebida era muito boa também. Os quartos são grandes, mas precisavam de alguma atualização. O ar condicionado estava muito carregado, mas me acostumei. Tinha uma varanda com vista para o mar. Vistas incríveis. A praia era rochosa, mas as crianças não saem da piscina, então tudo bem. Recomendaria a menos que você realmente ama a praia todos os dias.

La atención del equipo de servicio es nula cuando no están atendiendo personas extranjeras. Existe mucho racismo por parte del staff hacia las personas de habla hispano y es extremadamente incómodo. De por si tienen una deficiencia en el concepto de playa porque ya no es funcional por tanto sargazo, no necesitan que el personal de servicio lo empeore más. Hay restricciones de espacio que no están correctamente delimitadas y es cuando el staff presta atención para hacerle pasar una pena ajena al huésped que está pagando su estadía. Los alimentos bien. La habitación limpia.

Hotel was excellent and staff were amazing. Food and drink was pretty good as well. The rooms are big but needed some updating. The air condition was really load but got used to it. Had a balcony overlooking the sea. Amazing views. Beach was rocky but the kids don’t leave the pool so all ok. Would recommend unless you really love the beach everyday.

The resort was so clean, the staff were always helpful, José Luis by the pool was especially friendly and efficient, the rooms were spectacular. Our whole group enjoyed the more peaceful atmosphere than many resorts and we loved the evening shows. The beach was not the greatest but staff were constantly clearing any weed. There were kids’ activities and a separate water park for young kids. Only downside was the big flight of stairs from the pool up to the stage and bar. It was also accessible by a long out of the way ramp.

No geral, tivemos um grande momento. Foi um bastante rápido de carro do aeroporto em comparação com alguns dos outros resorts no caminho. A comida nos diferentes restaurantes foram great, até mesmo o buffet eo lugar pizza. Ficamos principalmente na piscina para adultos + bar aquático, que o serviço foi incrível, com excelentes bebidas. O entretenimento foi ok, mas não realmente porque eu estava lá. Eu não poderia me importar menos sobre os diferentes atos musicais. Eles tinham até uma sobremesa no nosso quarto para celebrar o aniversário do meu marido.O teste COVID foi fácil, desde que tiver programado o dia que você chegou lá. Eles explicaram como na recepção do hotel. Eu recebi um email de confirmação dentro de 48 horas, mas os meus amigos que reservado deles um par de dias mais tarde não o fez. Eles só fazer testes no período da manhã, por isso, certifique-se de reservar e chegar lá quando é aberta.Gostaria de recomendar a outros, mas não parece realmente que havia um monte de crianças lá que não seja a piscina infantil + salão adolescente.

Sinceramente um resort agradável e limpo. No entanto, eles têm muitas coisas faltando. Se você está procurando música, por favor, traga seu próprio orador. A música é jogada, mas um tipo tranquilo durante todo o dia. Se você estiver olhando para apenas entrar em um restaurante que está meio vazio sem uma reserva, olhe mais onde, você vai esperar até as 9h e ainda estar com fome. O buffet, que deve ser aberto, raramente é aberto e todos os outros restaurantes estão meio cheios, mas não aceitam você. Eles não têm o entretenimento além de um show de 9 a 945 pm e tudo fecha às 11 da noite. Estou muito consciente de Covid ser uma questão, no entanto, não faz sentido por que eles têm essas restrições, como tenho certeza que muitas pessoas estão vindo para relaxamento, diversão e entretenimento. Eu não pago muito dinheiro para um tudo incluído quando tenho problemas de conseguir comida e entretenimento. A equipe é verdadeiramente agradável e eu entendo a frustração de veranistas, no entanto, eu não entendo as restrições ou falta de coisas para fazer. Se você estiver procurando por um resort muito tranquilo, este é o lugar para você.

Overall a good resort, a little distant from the airport, so plan on your ride to and from the hotel. It is clean and inviting, has some decent restaurants that take reservations, you get a concierge to assist you with dinner reservations. They do want to offer you some credits towards some activities for time at their new properties. The buffet restaurant Spoon has some decent options, there are Mexican, the Italian, Mediterranean, Caribbean options that have some good food. Their drink selection was average and often were short of some of the better drinks! Swim up bars are fun. They had workouts,, Zumba class, water aerobics and a lot of activities to keep one busy and occupied. Not a lot for kids, but some options for the toddlers for sure. Beach areas were maintained well, sea weed cleaning was regularly done and sanitization in the common areas….

Overall, we had a great time. It was a fairly quick drive from the airport compared to some of the other resorts down the way. The food at the different restaurants were great, even the buffet and the pizza place. We mainly stayed in the adult pool + swim up bar, which the service was amazing with great drinks. The entertainment was okay, but not really why I was there. I couldn't care less about the different musical acts. They even had a dessert in our room to celebrate my husband's birthday.The COVID test was easy as long as you scheduled it the day you got there. They explained how to at the front desk. I received a confirmation email within 48 hours, but my friends who booked theirs a couple days later did not. They only do testing in the mornings, so make sure you book it and get over there when it's open.Would recommend to others, but didn't really seem like there was a lot of kids there other than the kids pool + the teen lounge.

Truthfully a nice, clean resort. However, they have a lot of things lacking. If you are looking for music, please bring your own speaker. Music is played, but a tranquil type all day.If you are looking to just walk in to a restaurant that is half empty without a reservation, look else where, you will wait until 9pm and still be hungry. The one buffet, that should be open, is rarely open and all other restaurants are half full but won't accept you. They don't have entertainment other than a 9-945pm show and everything closes at 11pm. I am very aware of COVID being an issue, however, it does not make sense to me why they have these restrictions, as I am sure many people are coming for relaxation, fun, and entertainment. I did not pay a lot of money for an all inclusive when I have issues of getting food and entertainment. Staff are truly nice and I understand the frustration of vacationers, however, I do not understand the restrictions or lack there of of things to do. If you are looking for a very quiet resort, this is the place for you.

Antonio at the travel desk is the best! If you’re going out to eat try to get Pablo or Domingo they rotate together pretty much! And least but not least Jorge at the pool bar is incredible great service and super funny! Overall a great time.

Saindo de uma segunda revisão porque não consigo atualizar a primeira. Mais uma vez, NÃO FIQUE NESTE HOTEL! Depois de responder à minha primeira avaliação com uma resposta genérica para contatá-los por e-mail, ainda não recebi uma resposta de uma estadia ocorrida em 19 de julho. Eu nem fiquei 24 horas. Sem água quente e um cheiro tão forte que dá dor de cabeça, tive que terminar minhas “férias” aqui com a Azul e reservar outro hotel. Pediram-me para preencher um documento para “ajudar” com o processo de reembolso, e com 3 semanas de atraso ainda sem comunicação. Você liga, eles desligam. Quando você finalmente consegue alguém ao telefone que vai ouvir e tentar ajudar, isso se transforma em um e-mail que nunca chega. Ainda estou sendo cobrado por uma estadia de 4 noites quando não completei 24 horas completas aqui neste resort. Não se deixe enganar pelo preço e pelas críticas altas! Olhe as datas, talvez 3 anos atrás esse era um bom lugar, mas não agora! Não faça isso!

UM DOS Piores LUGARES QUE JÁ FUI ********** NÃO FIQUE LÁ ************ ... Este hotel era sujo, eles não tratavam das algas marinhas problema e nossa família ficou muito doente. Nós tínhamos usado as férias do Jetblue, com as quais ainda estamos lutando, para conseguir nosso dinheiro de volta. O hotel sabia que havia problemas com as algas e recusou-se a fazer qualquer coisa a respeito, éramos apenas 1 família em 20 e as pessoas estavam saindo e nos dizendo para não ficarmos lá por causa de quão doentes estavam. A comida não chegava perto de gourmet, era tudo refeições pré-preparadas congeladas. A bebida nos bares parecia velha e não foi guardada depois. Eu nunca vou ficar neste resort ou em qualquer resort sob este proprietário.

Os funcionários não são úteis, a praia é muito estreita e estava cheia de pilhas de algas podres e inutilizáveis e, como resultado, assim que você sair da sala se cheirar lama como se você estivesse na lata de lixo! Nós nunca usamos a praia e raramente usamos o exterior devido ao odor! Ficamos presos em nosso quarto e continuamos pedindo serviço de quarto que é hambúrguer, wrap de frango e batatas fritas, melhor ficar em casa e pedir aqueles de bons restaurantes! A comida era boa, mas a pizza deles era como borracha! Se você por qualquer motivo razoável (como um pedido de teste ambicioso) e precisar cancelar uma atividade que você paga $ 100s, eles não irão reembolsá-lo e se reclamarem na recepção do hotel, eles passam você um para o outro e seu supervisor até que você dê pra cima! A chave do quarto parou de funcionar, fui à recepção várias vezes, disseram que estava consertada, mas não, acabou dando dinheiro para a equipe de limpeza ou serviço de quarto abrir a porta para nós. Os quartos são limpos e agradáveis, as aduelas de serviço foram prestativos e educados. Geralmente, se você faz planos para Cancún e não quer se sentir mal por sua família e pelo seu dinheiro gasto, evite este lugar!

I was here for my wedding and was treated so horribly… I was threatened and harassed the entire time I was in a room with my four children whom are minors we couldn’t rest because we didn’t know what could happen our doors couldn’t lock the entire stay! ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED**********DO NOT STAY THERE************... This hotel was dirty, they didn't address the seaweed issue and our family got so sick. We had used Jetblue vacations which we are still fighting with to get our money back. The hotel knew there was issues with the seaweed and refused to do anything about it, we were only about 1 family out of 20 and people were all leaving and telling us to not stay there because of how sick they were. The food was no where close to gourmet, it was all frozen pre-made meals. The liquor at the bars looked old and not kept after. I will never stay at this resort or any resort under this property owner.

The staff are not helpful, the beach is very narrow and was full with piles of rotten seaweeds and unusable and as a result as soon as you come out of the room if smells sludge like you're in the trash can! We never used the beach and rarely used the outdoor due to odor! We stuck in our room and kept ordering room service which is hamburger, chicken wrap and Fries, better to stay home and order those from good restaurants! Food was okay, but their pizza was like rubber!
If you for any reasonable cause (like covid test appt) and need to cancel an activity that you paids $100s they won't refund you and if complain to the hotel front desk, they pass you to each other and their supervisor until you give up! Room key stopped working, went to front desk several time they said it's fixed but not, ended up giving money to cleaning or room service staff to open the door for us. Rooms are clean and nice, service staves were helpful and polite. Generally, if you make a plan to Cancun and don't want to feel bad for your family and your money spend, avoid this place!

Leaving a second review because I can’t update the first one. Again DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! After answering my first review with a generic response to contact them via email, I have yet to receive a response from a stay that occurred on July 19th. I didn’t even stay 24 hours. With no hot water, and a smell that is so strong is causes headaches, I had to end my “vacation” here with Azul and book another hotel. I was asked to fill out a document to “assist” with the refund process, and 3 weeks late still no communication. You call, they hang up. When you finally get someone on the phone who will listen and try and help it turns into an email that never arrives. Still being charged for a 4 night stay when I didn’t even complete a full 24 hours here at this resort. Don’t be fooled by the price and high reviews! Look at the dates, maybe 3 years ago this was a good place, but not now! Don’t do it!

Acima de tudo comida muito relaxante e excelente. Muito limpo e os quartos eram ótimos! MAS a praia estava coberta de pés de algas marinhas, a água era negra e cheirava a rançoso como um penico de Porta ao sol. Em 6 dias, nenhuma pessoa se ofereceu para nos trazer uma bebida - nenhum garçom nas piscinas. O buffet foi OK na melhor das hipóteses e Le Chic o "# 1 restaurante no México" foi fechado. Dois dos principais fatores na escolha deste resort foram LeChic e as barreiras de algas marinhas que protegiam sua praia particular. No que diz respeito aos outros restaurantes a comida era incrível as 3 noites que fizemos a nossa reserva. Não podíamos ir aos restaurantes quando queríamos, tínhamos um horário de jantar que não era absolutamente flexível quando chegamos com horários de jantar variando das 18h às 20h30. O serviço de quarto foi muito bom, há apenas cerca de 5 opções um sanduíche um burrito um hambúrguer um pouco de massa e algum prato vegan. Quanto à localização, você está no meio da selva e uma corrida de táxi custa 48,00 usd cada trecho até Cancún e 28,00 cada trecho até puerto morales e ida e volta. Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso, mas aprendemos muito nesta viagem e não posso recomendar que ninguém fique neste resort.

Over all very relaxing and great food. Very clean and the rooms were great! BUT the beach was covered in FEET of seaweed the water was black and smelled rancid like a Porta potty in the sun. In 6 days not one person ever offered to bring us a drink no waitstaff at the pools any where. The buffet was OK at best and Le Chic the "#1 restaurant in Mexico" was closed. Two of the major factors in choosing this resort was LeChic and the seaweed barriers they had protecting their private beach. As far as the other restaurants the food was amazing the 3 nights we made it to our reservation. We couldn't go to the restaurants when we wanted we had a dining schedule that was absolutely not flexible when we arrived with dinner times ranging from 6pm to 830pm. Room service was pretty good there's only about 5 choices a sandwich a burrito a burger some pasta and some vegan dish. As far as location, you are in the middle of the jungle and a taxi ride is 48.00 usd each way to cancun and 28.00 each way to puerto morales and back. We had a wonderful time but we learned a lot on this trip and I can't recommend anyone stay at this resort.

Praia muito carregada de algas marinhas, eles disseram que todos os resorts estavam na mesma situação. Chamei um casal, não é o caso. Não há restaurantes abertos para o bfast, mas o buffet e é equivalente a um garotão. O almoço não tem restaurantes abertos apenas buffet, hambúrgueres e pizza. Pedi filé fora do serviço de quarto algumas vezes, era bife de diafragma queimado achatado. Reordenou, mesma coisa. Concertos risíveis. Boa sorte.

Em primeiro lugar, foi lindo ... o terreno, as piscinas ... mas é aí que para.depois de falar com os responsáveis, descobrimos que eles têm muito poucos funcionários ... e não têm lugares suficientes para comer o resort para aqueles que reservaram ... eles apenas nos disseram para pedir serviço de quarto ... bem, isso é interessante porque o serviço de quarto nunca vem ... Eu tinha a recepção, bem como nosso concierge solicitando para nós informando que não obter serviço no dia anterior ... e nada ... apenas não ajuda o suficiente. A comida que tínhamos não era ótima. Não tínhamos água quente em nossos quartos o tempo todo para os chuveiros. Choveu enquanto estávamos lá, então queríamos assistir a um filme ... sem cabo funcionou para os outros, mas não o nosso quarto. A chave do nosso quarto era outra situação ... não funcionava na metade do tempo ... Parecia que passávamos mais tempo esperando os caras da manutenção para recodificar nossa porta, tentar consertar água quente e trabalhar no cabo ... .não voltará.

Nós estivemos aqui na nossa lua de mel e foi tão bonito quanto as fotos! Não encontramos um único membro da equipe que não fosse perfeitamente amigável e todas as nossas necessidades foram atendidas! Nós amamos o serviço de quarto (especialmente o café da manhã com ovos) e as pequenas cabanas na praia!O único problema que tivemos foi que fomos no início de junho. As algas marinhas na praia eram tão ruins que não podíamos nem chegar à água (que também estava cheia de algas marinhas) e o cheiro estava praticamente em todo o resort. Isso está fora de seu controle, mas se você está planejando uma viagem, certifique-se de ir mais tarde no verão. :)Definitivamente voltaremos !!

Beach too loaded with seaweed, they said every resort was the same situation.Called a couple, not the case.No restaurants open for bfast but the buffet and it's equivalent of a big boy.Lunch has no restaurants open just buffet, burgers and pizza.Ordered filet off of room service a couple times, it was flattened burnt skirt steak.Re ordered it, same thing.Concerieges'laughable.Good luck.

First off it was beautiful...the grounds, the pools....but that’s where it stops.after talking to the people in charge we find out they are very under staffed..and don’t have enough places to eat at the resort for those they booked...they just told us to order room service...well this is interesting because room service never comes...I had the front desk as well as our concierge order for us stating we didn’t get service the day before...and nada...just not enough help. The food wasn’t great that we had.We had no hot water in our rooms the entire time for showers. It rained while we were there so we wanted to watch a movie...no cable it worked for others but not our room.Our room key was another situation....it didn’t work half the time...I felt like we spent more time waiting on maintenance guys to rekey our door, try and fix hot water, and work on cable....will not return.

We went here for our honeymoon and it was just as beautiful as the pictures! We didn’t meet a single staff member that wasn’t perfectly friendly and all our needs were met! We loved the room service (especially the egg breakfast) and the little cabanas on the beach!
The only problem we had was that we went in early June. The seaweed on the beach was so bad we couldn’t even get to the water (which was also full of seaweed) and the smell was pretty much everywhere in the resort. That’s out of their control, but if you’re planning a trip make sure to go later in the summer. :)
We’ll definitely be back!!

Experiência absolutamente horrível, cuidado, cuidado, cuidado. Este hotel cobrará uma "taxa de criança" extra sem o seu consentimento no cartão de crédito. Esta estadia no hotel foi adquirida através da Priceline (transação datada de 12/30) para uma estadia de 7 dias para nossa família (2 adultos e uma criança de 4 anos). Quando chegamos neste hotel, fizemos o check-in, e posteriormente sem nos informar, ou nosso consentimento. Este hotel nos cobrou US $ 540 "taxa de criança" para nossos 4 anos de idade hospedado conosco. Essa cobrança nunca foi divulgada, nunca acordada e nunca autorizada. Este resort cometeu fraude, cobrando nosso cartão de crédito sem autorização. Tentei entrar em contato com o hotel, mas continuo tentando me contornar. Ladrões absolutos!

Absolutely horrible experience, beware, beware, beware. This hotel will charge you extra "child fee" without your consent on your credit card. This hotel stay was purchased through Priceline (transaction dated 12/30) for a 7 day stay for our family (2 adults & a 4-year-old toddler). When we arrived at this hotel, we checked in, and then later without informing us, or our consent. This hotel charged us a $540 "child -fee" for our 4 years old staying with us. This charge was never disclosed, never agreed upon, and never authorized. This resort committed fraud, by charging our credit card without authorization.
I have tried contacting the hotel, but keep getting the runaround. Absolute thieves!

Ya no es azul beach ahora se llama margarita village y si es muy bonito cambiaron y remodelaron muchas cosas pero es muy acogedor elegante y familiar siento que es más apto para niños tiene muchas cosas infantiles por ejemplo ay una tienda de cartoon network recomendable para familia lo recomiendo con tu esposa y hijos la vas a pasar de lujo gracias por sus atenciones 👍

Nós estivemos aqui várias vezes e amamos isso. Esta última vez, ouvimos o resort foi provavelmente a mudar mais tarde este ano que é muito triste para nós como é realmente (ou foi) um de um resort tipo. A equipe é sempre atenciosa e amigável. Dado que o resort é familiar, a equipe foi sempre útil com os mais pequenos e nos restaurantes, poderíamos sempre obter algo que as crianças comem enquanto os adultos poderiam desfrutar da excelente comida. A minha única queixa da nossa última viagem é que deixamos uma câmara lá, e foram informados via e-mail que eles não vão enviá-lo de volta. ** Recebi o "obrigado pela crítica" mas ainda não me ofereci para mandar de volta uma câmera com lembranças .. :( **

A comida é excelente, especialmente no Latina, meu filho e minha esposa adoram tanto que fomos lá por 3 dias seguidos.O kids club é muito bom, é muito limpo e organizado, todos os brinquedos, jogos, mesas, cadeiras, etc são bem mantidos pelas 2 senhoras. Eles são muito pacientes e educados com as crianças.Nosso quarto aquático é muito limpo e bem organizado. A única desvantagem é que a tela do chuveiro está desatualizada e a alça do chuveiro precisa ser substituída, uma vez que escorregou algumas vezes.Adoro a cabana e a área da praia, uma pena que fomos durante a infestação de algas. Estava começando a clarear no dia em que partimos.Todas as áreas das piscinas são boas e limpas. Eu sempre vejo as equipes tentando limpar qualquer entulho flutuando ou debaixo d'água.Uma coisa que tenho a dizer, inicialmente pensei que como este é um resort familiar, algum tipo de flutuadores serão fornecidos, mas não há, temos que trazer os nossos. Eu gostaria de ser informado de antemão. No site não havia menção a respeito e a equipe não me disse nada quando lhes enviei um e-mail para confirmar nossa chegada.Fora isso, é realmente um ótimo resort para famílias com crianças pequenas.

A diferencia de los tipicos resorts enormes, Azul Beach es un pequeño hotel de gusto refinado. Es el tipo de lugar que eligirias para venir en familia y alejarte del ruido y de la fiesta. Tiene varios tipos de cuartos. Las villas cercanas al lobby son de lo mejor. Lo unico que siento es que debería tener mas espacio de playa. Antes del sargazo, sus playas eran mas que hermosas. De cualquier forma es un exquisito lugat para visitar.

We have been here several times and love it. This last time, we heard the resort was likely changing later this year which is very sad for us as it really is (or was) a one of a kind resort. The staff is always helpful and friendly.Given that the resort is family friendly, the staff was always helpful with the little ones and in the restaurants we could always get something the kids would eat while the adults could enjoy the great food.My only complaint from our last trip is that we left a camera there, and were told via email that they won't send it back.** Got the "thank you for the review" but still didn't offer to send back a camera with memories on it.. :( **

First of all, I would like to give a shout out to all the staffs at Azul Beach resort, thank you all for a great experience. My family and I have a really great time during our stay. The foods are superb, especially at Latina, my son and wife really love it so much that we went there for 3 straight days.The kids' club is really great, it is very clean and organized, all the toys, games, tables, chairs, etc are well maintained by the 2 ladies. They are very patience and polite to the kids.Our swim-up room is very clean and well organized. The only down side will be the shower screen is out dated and shower handle needs to be replaced as it slipped out a couple of times.Love the cabana and beach area, too bad we went during the seaweed infestation. It was beginning to clear up the day we left.All the pools area are good and clean. I always see the staffs trying to clean up any debris floating or under the water.One thing I have to say, I initially thought that since this is a family resort, some sort of floaters will be provided, but there isn't, we have to bring our own. I do wish I was informed before hand. On the website, it didn't mention about it and the staff didn't tell me anything me when I emailed them to confirm our arrival.Other than that, it is really a great resort for families with young kids.

We haven't even had our trip yet, and the reservation staff here of Danielle, Nancy, and (I believe his name was) Luece, have already made this a nightmare. We originally had booked for 4 nights, but our plans changed to where we no longer needed our first night. We booked through Expedia, and are still, as I write this, within the window of time that we are able to make changes without penalty, but the hotel refuses to allow us to cancel just the single night. Some context: since it was booked through Expedia, we have to make the change with them, but they're unable to do so since the hotel is saying they no longer have any of our room types available to switch out the different date (even though it's just taking off the first night, I guess they have to rebook it). Since Expedia can't make this change, they tried calling the hotel, but the hotel says it will only make the change if Expedia changes it on their end, which they can't for the reason just stated. Myself and Expedia representatives spent three hours on the phone with the hotel this morning trying to explain the situation, but they would not budge. Their only solution they'll offer is to cancel the room and rebook it at their current rate, but the current rate would have us pay MORE for just 3 nights than we are already paying for 4 as it is. They're not respecting that we had already made this reservation months ago, are still within our cancellation window, and are now plain and simple just taking advantage of the situation. All that needs to be done is for them to rebook us the same room at the rate we already have, but they won't. I straight up asked them to do this, and they refused. As I continued to try and explain all of this to them, they hung up on me, which they had also done previously to the Expedia representative. Unfortunately our travel plans require us to stay at this hotel for work, or I would be cancelling immediately and rebooking elsewhere. I would never consider this property again for the terrible service they've given us before even checking in. Terrible service, and a terrible way to start off our trip.

The pools were pretty sketchy. The beach was cramped like they may not own enough beach land. The area overall looks to be in economic distress, so I understand if quality is low. Good thing was that we had great friends and made the best of it. There are plenty of places elsewhere to stay to take a gamble on this one.

Azul Beach me parece un lugar hermoso, con una vibra increíble donde te lo pasas de lo mejor y te atienden como te mereces. La Tuviera Maya es lo mejor del mundo. Volveria siempre a ese lugar, además la playa en estos dias ha estado limpia libre del horrible sargazo. Tienen redes para contenerlo y que el turismo se pueda bañar en sus playas.

This was our first time at Azul Beach Riviera Maya and my family had and amazing time. The food was delicious, the rooms were great and the service was spectacular. The only complaint I have to give was when we accepted the upgrade, not because our room was not fabulous but in order to get the upgrade we had to attend a convention for 60 minutes where salesman would offer the premium upgrades. We went because what I understood was that they were going to talk about the different hotels that they have and honestly it sounded great to me because I wanted to learn more about the hotels, and they always let us know that They do not hassle you into the offers, well long story short, I told them I was not interested and it had been more than 60 minutes we got there at 9:22am and left at 10:55am, my daughter was hungry for a bottle, they got really upset, the director of the upgrades got there, and gave us an attitude and made us feel horrible and honestly to me it is not worth i rather stay in the room i paid for than to get bad vibes from salesman for an upgrade. So be careful when you get the free upgrades, that is the only complaint, other than that the service was amazing, they have baby amenities by baby is 15 months and they offered sterilizers, baby bottle warmer and they even have a kids pool, and my baby loved it!! Here are a few pictures of what I was able to take because honestly my phone was hardly on me, the food was delish, you MUST go to latin restaurant it is delicious

This is our 3rd time to visit this resort. It's our favorite place in Mexico! The food is unbelievable, the resort is nice, and the service is great! We want to give our butler "Rafael" a HUGE shout out! He made this vacation a wonderful experience! He took care of all of our needs, most were filled before we knew we needed them. He answered all of our questions, took care of beach reservations, dinner reservations, and gave us a great referral for one of our excursions. First class all the way! We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Villa Carola, beautiful two floors 6 bedrooms villa, huge house with pool, private beach, Butler. You can use the hotel amenities but the house is separated from the hotel to have more privacy. I took all my family there and it was one of the best vacations ever. Our Butler Cesar was amazing !!

Pretty good food, great staff.The pools are great. People are spread nicely between areas. Drinks to the poolside are slow, but given the distance they cover , I'm not bothered. Because it's a gourmet extra experience (presumably unless you pay handsomely up front), there can be some extra charges here and there. Great bottle of wine? Starbucks at the onsite? Pay. Not a big deal, but be aware of it. My daughter loves the buffet (spoon).If it wasn't for that place she might have starved to death by now. Kids... and it is a pretty good buffet. Lots of options and variety. Tapas and sienna are the a la carts that are open. Good Spanish and Italian respectively. Adults all enjoyed Tapaz. All ofus found something great at Sienna All in all, highly enjoyable, and no complaints
