One of the best hotels to stay at in Dubai. Easy check in process by Mable. Service was amazing by everyone. Breakfast buffet at the Feast restaurant was really good. Amit was amazing and had sure we were always taken care off. The entire staff was amazing and was always greeted by everyone. Thanks for a really good stay!

Hotel was fantastic. Definetly recommend. The views from my room, the gym, the lounge were breathtaking. The service from all staff was incredible. I wish I had a chance to dine at one of the restaurants but I had lounge access. The breakfast at the lounge was incredible...everyday.

Great hotel. Wonderful restaurant for breakfast and lunch if you have a conference. Wide variety of cuisine available and of good quality. Rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent. Only down side was the bar Moe on 5th seems to be a private bar by invitation only. Had to settle for the roof top bar with pool which didn't have the warmer feeling I was looking for.

Its a good hotel, but the staff absolutely goes above and beyond which made our stay excellent. I am a platinum elite tier, so overall was greeted well, upgraded to a beautiful suite (I had individual rooms for family) and was very well treated by the hotel staff. Special thanks to Lotfy - he made us feel welcome and was very attentive to my family. Overall location is great, hotel amenities are good (I do wish they had a better rooftop - now that I compare it to other good properties in the neighborhood) and the staff is amazing.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. Their staffs are friendly. they will always try their best to make your stay feel like being home. Stayed here for over a year and still loving it!! A Zumba class for the residences here. 💕💕 thank you Sheraton!!

Pros: -Great location a short walk away from World Trade Centre station on the Metro, which takes you to almost all of the major tourist destinations -Top notch service from all the super friendly and helpful staff -Our room was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked -Bed was super comfortable -Buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing! I can't believe how much choice there was to eat, and tons of things are made to order as well! -Good value for money, but still expect to pay a premium Cons: -Rooftop pool was too small for the size of the hotel and had little shade from the searing sun, but it did have a spectacular view of the city. I recommend going at night to avoid the sun, but beware of the occasional party -Location is in a bit of a dead zone, not much to do, eat, or shop around the hotel. You'll either need to stay on site or take the metro somewhere else -Hotel is right by the busiest highway in the country, very noisy anywhere outside (including pool)

Love this place. Not a fan of big hotels, but I love just how the staff are great. The service is excellent and I will definitely stay again. The food is great and beds are so comfortable.

This hotel deserves its 5 stars without any doubt. Despite the large number of visitors there, each member of the attentive staff treated us as though they knew us personally, and gave us the feeling that we were very welcome. The service was impeccable in all areas. The bed was just about the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. The room was perfectly fine in all respects. If I could find anything to criticize at all, the desk and wardrobes were rather on the small and shabby side. However, still quite OK. The breakfast area had something for just about any taste, and in unlimited quantities. Centrally located, and just a few minutes walk from the Metro station, which makes travelling anwhere very simple indeed.

Astonishing!!!.... A warm welcome during the check-in time excited me even more. The staff is trained to bring smile on your face. The lobby has a very mesmerizing vibe; it could be the staff or the interior design. I am amazed to see the staff is well trained in every way possible. The room cleaning is so satisfied. I remember coming back to my room after seven hours and everything from my makeup to shows was well organized. A messy room turned into a tidy room. Additionally, everything is great but I do want to mention that the NESPRESSO coffee CAPSULES should be of better quality. Thank you,

Stayed for only one night and did not spend much time in the room as I had a busy day. They graciously let me check in at 630 am which was extremely welcome after a long flight. Bed was comfortable for the limited time I slept. I was also informed that I had been selected as special guest of the day which, amongst other things, meant that I had complimentary access to the Club lounge for my stay. I only was able to use this facility for breakfast as I was out the rest of the day until midnight, but it was super nice to receive this treatment and the breakfast was tasty and had a great view! The staff I dealt with at check in/out and in the lounge were very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The friendliness, the willingness to help, just great! Everyone is so friendly! Special thanks to Ayoub from the concierge service.
