Checkin person and bartender treated us so nicely! Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Valet service when we checked out was poorly done. Just wanted to put our bags in the car while we went to brunch and were basically ignored by clerk, attendant did take care of us in the end.

The room was beautiful and clean. For the amount of money charged to stay in the room, check in and out times should be a little better than what they are. Parking is incredibly high for those whom are staying in the hotel and enormous holds on your CC for incidentals is ludicrous.

Decent hotel in a great location It was decent and clean for the most part, but there were some crumbs left on the floor in the room and there was a little bit of a mildewy smell in the shower that I think may have been the shower curtain. It did fall a little short of its reputation.

I like how clean the room is. Definitely modern feel. Spacious and has a desk and other chairs. The hotel staff is friendly and the location makes it a great choice. The water pressure is too weak! And the AC makes a loud noise and kept me up the first night. Also one of the lamp kept flickering (I turned it off and use a different lamp).

It's in a great downtown location, within walking distance to virtually everything, as well as close to various train stations. The staff is incredibly friendly, the hotel exceptionally clean and well designed. The only minor complaint I have was the one entrance/exit revolving door which seemed to have motion sensors that didn't always work well.

Beautiful hotel in Center City Philly. Loved how close it was to everywhere I needed to go. The room itself was very clean. Where to begin. Staff was horrible to me, even downright rude. The housekeeping staff also did not knock so two of them got a "free show". Embarrassing to say the least. Lack of communication between them and the front desk.

The room was clean, classy and comfortable. The beds like clouds. The view was amazing. During check in my 8 year old daughter asked to be placed on a high floor. We were placed on the 28th floor with an amazing view of the city and beyond. She loved it! Nothing at all, it was amazing.

The location and the physical space were very good. The staff was excellent. Coming into the room, we noticed that there was dog hair all over the upholstered chair in the room. That is pretty gross. That being said, the staff handled this very well. They were up there immediately and took care of it. It was not a 4star.
