Hotel excelente. Muito bem localizado, próximo ao Vaticano e Via del Corso e Piazza del Popollo. Quartos espaçosos, limpos e nem decorados. Serviço de café da manhã muito bom, concierge excelente, deu boas dicas de passeio e agências para compra de passeios guiados.

The hotel is well located (I am staying here now), check-in service was horrible. I was received by a person who had not shaved in two days, no upgrade for a top Marriott member, no indications on services offered. The following day I spoke to the Front Office Manager who promised to find a solution to the above since he seemed to agree that I could have been treated better. I never heard from him again. It seems the hotel has a general service problem. Service at breakfast is very poor, my table was cleared twice one morning while I went back to the buffet, sometimes coffee is offered, other times not. The food is good. No water in room, unusual for a 4 star hotel today. First time I stayed here but will definitely look for a place that appreciates my business next time I'm Rome, hopefully before end of January.

Hotel is nice, especially for Americans. But there is room for improvement. The front desk staff isn’t always friendly or helpful. The shower is tiny as is the bathroom. Good location and has some American amenities.

Beautiful hotel, but the rooms are bit too small for my liking. Smaller than our previous hotel. Also we had an issue at the front desk as we reserved a certain room type and was then told we couldn't have it. It wasn't until late in the evening they were able to accommodate. Finally, they didn't have the ability to change currency. This was my first experience of this and I was a little disappointed.

The pros : modern and recently refurbished hotel and rooms. Nice neighborhood and walking distance from Vatican City. Nice staff at reception. Got an upgrade as Platinum Bonvoy. The cons : decent breakfast buffet but fried eggs were charged as an extra. Maybe lacking a bit of atmosphere

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. The staff was able to get us a room despite our arriving 2 hours early and were very helpful with cabs and restaurant suggestions. We didn't eat in the restaurant, although we did note that there were several locals there. The location is mostly residential with restaurants and few tourists, but is relatively central.

The hotel is nice, the location great for Rome.But we had no internet for the entire two day stay.This wouldn't be a concern if we hadn't run out of high speed mobile data the day we arrived.But issue was we were told over and over again it would be restored, and it was not.

Stayed at this property for 4 days - 2 days for a business summit followed by a couple of days for follow up business during July’22. Rooms & service - the staff were very polite and helpful (except one morning the receptionists weren’t aware if card payment works on buses, and we were ill-informed, almost ended up being fined; taxi strikes were on). Otherwise no complaints. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Location - pretty well located. Breakfast - Amazinggggg. Overall, a very good stay and would recommend.

Our trip to Rome and a planned cruise was cut short when my niece broke her ankle. The staff at the hotel was so helpful in helping us find a source for crutches, a wheelchair, where to get x-rays, and finally to a hospital for a cast. They couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. The room was modern and comfortable, and the restaurant had delicious food, wine, and some entertainment. We are looking forward to returning here next year to take the trip we planned. Thanks to the excellent and friendly staff!

Hotel con un precio medio - medio alto pero bien ubicado, con un buen servicio de personal y confort. Lo mejor para relajarte en Roma. Cuenta con el prestigio de cuatro estrellas. Está situado entre la Ciudad del Vaticano por un lado y las calles comerciales y la Plaza de España por el otro. En las inmediaciones del establecimiento hay paradas de autobús y de metro.

Hotel bien situado a unos 15-20 minutos de del Vaticano. El personal es muy majo y atentos. El. Buffet genial. La única pega es que el aire acondicionado de las zonas comunes está bastante bajo, por lo que hace bastante fresco, lo cual hace que en la habitación en pleno Julio no sea necesario y se duerma arropado con la manta.

Estuvo bien, pero nada del otro mundo. Pros: Buena ubicación, precio decente y buen desayuno. Contras: Habitaciones algo anticuadas, limpieza regular (soy exigente y me gusta que sean pulcras las habitaciones).Buen hotel para estadía corta con presupuesto reducido.
