“Breathtaking views and ideal location. Staff was so nice...upgraded us to a totally fab 1 bedroom suite overlooking the lake. You can walk into town and all the shops and restaurants. Their restaurant could use some better lighting, however..it's way too bright. But the food was great...we had the venison and the scallops with octopus.
I would totally recommend this spot! Make sure you get a room that faces the lake. Otherwise, no need to spend that kind of money here.”

“A lovely chalet-style hotel in central Queenstown. The service was excellent, rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I really wanted a hot tub experience, and the two hot tubs they have on the side of the building are a bit tacked-on and don’t offer a view.”
