Terrible hotel experience. Room was hot. They "repaired" it on Friday. Friday night still hot. Had sign out on door for no housekeeping and we returned to our room cleaned. Was in the shower when housekeeping came today, day of checkout, and son in the shower @1030. Room smells like dirty water. Shower drained very slowly. Experiência de hotel terrível. Large rooms and good location for our family event. The staff was hit n miss. The morning staff was super friendly with trick and treat bags for our kids. The evening staff didn't seem to enjoy being there. We had seven rooms that included two titanium members, a lifetime platinum and two lifetime gold. We are Marriot people and were surprised none of us were offered welcome gifts when checking in. Also the second night they ran out of complementary water (I understand it happens) but they had no apologies and didn't have more but the third night. Quartos amplos e boa localização para o nosso evento familiar. A equipe foi atingida e perdida. A equipe da manhã foi super amigável com sacolas de doces e travessuras para nossos filhos. A equipe da noite não parecia gostar de estar lá. Tínhamos sete quartos que incluíam dois membros de titânio, um de platina vitalício e dois de ouro vitalício. Somos pessoas Marriot e ficamos surpresos que nenhum de nós recebeu presentes de boas-vindas no check-in. Também na segunda noite eles ficaram sem água complementar (eu entendo que isso acontece), mas eles não pediram desculpas e não tiveram mais, exceto a terceira noite.

Deceitful practices. Rude and inconsiderate staff. She was worried about going home than taking care of customers. Room was not prepared. Had to make our own bed. Avoid this hold in the ground.We will be writing an official complaint to Marriott with detailed review. I will never stay at Marriott property again.Paid for a room with a king bed. They gave us a queen. When confronted about it they tried to argue that it is a king. Taking pictures and measurements. Will be including this to the corporate. Práticas enganosas. Funcionários rudes e sem consideração. Ela estava preocupada em ir para casa do que cuidar dos clientes. Quarto não estava preparado. Tivemos que fazer nossa própria cama. Evite essa retenção no chão.Estaremos escrevendo uma reclamação oficial ao Marriott com uma análise detalhada. Eu nunca vou ficar no estabelecimento Marriott novamente.Pago por um quarto com cama king size. Eles nos deram uma rainha. Quando confrontados sobre isso, eles tentaram argumentar que é um rei. My stay was great and the ONLY reason I didn’t give this review a 5 was because this was my first time to the Houston Area. I am a Titanium Elite Marriott member and when I walked in the door, A Caucasian woman with long black hair saw me walk in and she walked to the back behind the receptionist desk not only did she walk away, she came back out to the front looked me in my face and did not say hello, may I help you or anything she just proceeded to type on the computer. She finally looks up at me and says oh I’m not working up here right now. That’s perfectly fine but you still could have spoke to the customer and let someone know you would be right up. Another young lady came up to help me and she was very nice. Outside of that one incident, the hotel looked very nice and clean and everyone else on the staff was great even my housekeepers. Great customer service, staff is AMAZING!!! I generally Do Not post reviews but this SpringHill deserves one. Rooms here are clean and so comfortable, felt like I'm back home. Convenient location it's right by the Vintage Park Area. Will be staying here again🤗 Ótimo atendimento, a equipe é INCRÍVEL!!! Eu geralmente não posto comentários, mas este SpringHill merece um. Os quartos aqui são limpos e tão confortáveis, me senti como se estivesse de volta em casa. Localização conveniente, junto ao Vintage Park Area. Ficarei aqui novamente🤗

Rooms were clean. There were 3 light bulbs were out in our room. Maintenance only had a bulb for above the bed. The desk/work area had 2 bulbs out that had to be ordered in, so the lighting was dim. Their website should remove the complimentary shuttle service, since they no longer offer it. They have a on-site gym & pool. The pool was clean & water was warm. The gym was always in use & always clean. The staff was so kind & attentive. Breakfast was not much to speak of: cereal, cold blueberry muffins (the staff would warm them up in the kitchen microwave for you), pre-made egg mcmuffin-type breakfast sandwich & mini veggie tartes, and some fresh fruit. They also had a juice machine. Os quartos eram limpos. Havia 3 lâmpadas apagadas em nosso quarto. Manutenção só tinha uma lâmpada para cima da cama. A mesa / área de trabalho tinha 2 lâmpadas apagadas que precisavam ser instaladas, então a iluminação era fraca. O site deles deveria remover o serviço de transporte gratuito, pois não o oferece mais. Eles têm uma academia e piscina no local. A piscina estava limpa e a água estava quente. A academia estava sempre em uso e sempre limpa. A equipe foi tão gentil e atenciosa. O café da manhã não era muito para falar: cereais, muffins de mirtilo frios (a equipe os aquecia no microondas da cozinha para você), sanduíche de café da manhã do tipo mcmuffin de ovo pré-fabricado e mini tortas vegetarianas e algumas frutas frescas. Eles também tinham uma máquina de suco.

We would visit and stay here again. We just don't have 10 start to give !!!
