“This hotel is supper clean and my family thought it was brand new only to be informed the location has been open for 8 years.We met Damion at the front desk and he did an excellent job to accommodate our needs and he was supper respectful. We would visit and stay here again. We just don't have 10 start to give !!!”

“My stay was great and the ONLY reason I didn’t give this review a 5 was because this was my first time to the Houston Area. I am a Titanium Elite Marriott member and when I walked in the door, A Caucasian woman with long black hair saw me walk in and she walked to the back behind the receptionist desk not only did she walk away, she came back out to the front looked me in my face and did not say hello, may I help you or anything she just proceeded to type on the computer. She finally looks up at me and says oh I’m not working up here right now. That’s perfectly fine but you still could have spoke to the customer and let someone know you would be right up. Another young lady came up to help me and she was very nice. Outside of that one incident, the hotel looked very nice and clean and everyone else on the staff was great even my housekeepers. Sou membro do Titanium Elite Marriott e, quando entrei pela porta, uma mulher caucasiana com longos cabelos negros me viu entrar e ela caminhou para trás da mesa da recepcionista, não apenas se afastou, mas voltou para a frente olhou na minha cara e não disse olá, posso ajudar ou qualquer coisa que ela apenas começou a digitar no computador. Ela finalmente olha para mim e diz oh, não estou trabalhando aqui agora. Tudo bem, mas você ainda poderia ter falado com o cliente e avisado a alguém que estaria certo. Outra jovem veio me ajudar e ela foi muito simpática. Fora esse incidente, o hotel parecia muito agradável e limpo e todos os outros funcionários eram ótimos, até minhas governantas. Obrigado por uma ótima estadia”
