Absolutely fantastic staff, entertainment team, and servers/bartenders. Gorgeous pristine and clean beach with lots of fish to see snorkeling by the natural water break. On-site dive center, super convenient. We absolutely loved our stay, so much to do at the resort we only left twice on day trips. The entertainment team especially made it so much fun for us. I’m writing a honest review. The beach was nice and beautiful and the snorkeling was great. To be the honest the best part was going off the resort and traveling around. Half the time you could not find a beach chair. The resort would allow guest to keep there towels on the beach chairs overnight so even if you got there by 7:30am you didn’t even have a chance to get a spot. People would hold there chair all week long when we were there. Food was definitely lacking to be honest some of the food was just disgusting. Breakfast was the same everyday it got to the point where i couldn’t even eat it. Service was terrible no one ever checked on you. Had to savor your 1 drink at dinner or lunch time. Half the staff was just talking and fooling around and didn’t seem to want to provide any good service. Half the time you did not get a warm shower. We kept our room at 60 degrees the entire week and it was so hot. They did not seem to care about fixing air conditioning either. If i went to curaçao again i will definitely pick a different resort was probably the worst resort i stayed at.

The hotel is really nice, pretty big. Staffing is nice and friendly and the diversity of the people staying there is good, you can meet people from many places. Food is normal/good, there are some restaurants inside, the Japanese is the best one, you have many cocktail options in the bar, most of them are good but the quality of the liquor is not the best except in the priority bar. I like them anyway 😄. Finally the best part is the beach they have, it is awesome. Beautiful and perfect for snorkeling.

This resort is dated, badly in need of updating. It's fairly clean, just old. The door to the balcony needed real strength to pull open, my wife couldn't open it. They say ocean view, but don't tell you if you want a real view of the ocean, you have to get the more expensive "ocean front." Ocean view just gives you a view of the ocean between the buildings. The food for the most part, is ok. Sometimes food in the buffet is stale. The staff is very friendly and helpful, except one or two, but that's normal anywhere. The front desk can be busy, and you have to call a few times before they answer. Missing sliding door to the bathroom, replaced by shower curtain. Had to call twice asking for wash cloths, apparently they were out, and had to wait for it to be washed and replaced. Would I visit Curacao again, absolutely. Would I stay there again, probably not.

The beach was beautiful! The little yellow birds were entertaining. The lizards made us laugh when they gave us a nod. We loved the staff. Ana greeted us with her lovely smile every morning at the buffet. Gigi helped us figure things out. One of our housekeepers explained bus service into Willemstad. So much kindness! So many smiles. If you want a happy, relaxing vacation, this is the place. Our room was clean, restrooms were clean. Days were full of laughing, music, dancing and smiles. If a huge variety of picture perfect food is high on your list, you may not be 100 percent satisfied, but we'd come back in a heartbeat.

Curacao is a beautiful place to visit. The Sunscape resort is average even if you upgrade to VIP. The food is less than average, it's bland and basic. The restaurant are all below average, frozen TV dinners would be better. The buffet should be closed down, 🤢 it's just a bunch of mushy mess🤢🤮. The rooms are slightly dated. Housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms tidy and clean. The views are amazing and the beach is nice. The entertainment was great. The Sunscape has potential to be a 5 star resort under new management. Based on my visit, I would recommend staying in an Airbnb.

It’s not ok to sell a 3* hotel as a 4*. An old hotel with terrible food, lack of Chef's fantasy, and a rocky entrance to the sea (buy yourself coral shoes!). Don't trust 100% the pretty ad pictures! We got a room on the 3d floor, no elevator, had a problem with sewage in the bathroom. Bathrooms need a good renovation. Coffee shop needs to serve coffee in ceramic, not in disposable paper cups. To grab some salad you must use small plastic spoon - can you imagine that kind of challenge? Every day? 3 times a day? In fairness, it should be noted the good work of the staff - most of the folks really try to do their best, despite bad management. Night entertainment was great - every single musician! Thanks for that! Totally, kind of disappointed, waste of our money, and, which is even worse - our precious time saved for vacation of higher quality than one there in Sunscape they can offer you.

The staff is great! Very friendly and accommodating. The wind is constant and while really hot during the day it cools down in the evenings. A lot of diversity among guests which I loved. The air did not cool the room even when put on 60 degrees. The resort food was not good nor were the drinks unless you ask for top shelf. The breakfast buffet is the same every single day! We were told room service was 24/7. Called at midnight to order a snack and no room service. Room is standard nothing special. You can only get towels for the pool/beach at certain times. The first day we had to go without!

You come to relax and that is what this place offers. Water is amazing! Get water shoes for the first 5 feet is rocks. Food is resort food if you expect 5 star rent a personal cook! Rooms are clean but we only slept in them! Our new place to unwind!!!

Family resort with lots of pools. Sun Club area not quieter than the rest of the resort. Lots of young families with children. The beach is private and secluded made up of a break wall created by the resort so water is calm and warm. Beach is rocky and you must take heed walking in with bare feet. The children’s zone was chalk full of rides resembling a fair.

Acredito que para ser considerado um resort de 4 estrelas eles precisam melhorarmuiiiito em seus serviços. Pois estámuito fora do padrãodaquilo que chamamos de 4 estrelas.Mesmo os quartos de classe superior, não apresentam grandes diferenças.Móveis e decorações idênticas,muda um sofá a mais e àvista. Pior, paga se mais caro mas a péssimaqualidade no atendimento ,refeições e desorganizaçãocontinua a mesma. Aliás, o atendimento melhora quando o hóspede dá "propina" (gorjeta) aos funcionários.Assim vocêconsegue atéfurar a fila para jantar. Sim fila porque são tãodestreinados que as pessoas chegam a ficar na fila 1 hora para jantar.No restaurante de frutos do mar o peixe écongelado e esquece que vocênão comerá camarão.No italiano apenas talharim, fetuccini , mais que não recordo o nome e sopa, o japonês nem ébom falar. O dele serve sempre os mesmos pratos com minúsculas variações.Caféda manhã chegue cedo para pegar o que tem. Pois se acabar ( como por exemplo acabar o leite você ficarásem, aconteceu comigo) e aíse você perguntar se não tem mesmo. Enfim, hotel precisando de uma reforma para .modernizar,dar muita capacitação aos seus funcionários para que entendam que estão lápara servir com boa qualidade independentede propinas/gorjeta, melhorar muito seu cardápio (tempero inclusive). Como muitos jáfalaram por aqui quem salva a pátria ébrasileira Val. Fui tambémmuito bem atendida pelo poucos funcionários homens , pela Rock e e Suelayni. Conselho. Não se hospedem por lá.Não compensa.Abs

Amazing resort with different restaurants, fun activities and entertainment team! Service is amazing, WiFi connection almost everywhere available. Great location where you can swim in the sea, or just in the different swimming pools with an bar for the adults!

Increíblemente cálida y cariñosa la atención del personal del hotel. Desde las mucamas, bartenders, meseros, supervisores y el equipo de entretenimiento :) ❤️ El lugar bello, al lado del mar! Todo cerca.Bellas instalaciones. Todo limpio a nuevo. La ubicación del hotel muy buena, cerca de las playas con fiesta por las noches. Tuvimos una semana increíble en Sunscape.

Las habitaciones no son lo que aparecen en las fotos, no te reponen el frigobar todos los días tuvimos que pedir varias veces que nos repongan. Los meseros y bartenders tienen muy mala atención al público la mayoría ni buenos días te dicen. A todos los restaurantes cuando fuimos les faltaba algún plato Nunca tenían un menú completo. La higiene de los baños comunes espantosa un olor horrible. Al realizar el test de COVID que ofrece el hotel nos pusieron a todos en un cuarto sin ventilación y la gente sin tapaboca sin organización gente que había llegado después de nosotros se hisoparon primero, luego supuestamente nos devolvían la plata del test del tercer día que tuvimos que reagendar y el Laboratorio nos aseguró que nos la devolvían y no. Supuestamente te devolvían el dinero en efectivo nunca tenían en efectivo. Reservamos para el restaurant japones 4 días antes cuando llegamos nos sentaban en una mesa sin el show cosa q nos aseguraron al momento de reservar nadie se hizo cargo del error. Nos dejaron esperando 45 minutos hasta que tuvimos que ir a otro restaurante porque cierran 22hs Vas a consultar a recepcion nadie sabe nada te hacen ir de un escritorio a otro y perder tiempo haciendo filas para ninguna solución. Un desastre. No lo recomiendo

El sunscape resort se vende como un 4 estrellas y apenas llega a dos, servicio del personal es pesimo, restoranes la poca comida que tienen es pesima. En el dia de hoy tuvimos q realizar test de antigenos y nos pusieron a cerca de 100 personas en un lugar sin ventilacion,hace dos horas q estamos esperando y nadie se hace cargo

I've been to a few resorts before, this is the only one that I have ever wanted to leave my vacation early for. I checked into my room and had to wait over two hours for them to get the room ready, they just said to go eat and get drinks and when it's ready they would get me. They never came and got me. The staff are constantly giving dirty looks to the guests, my sheets were never changed in my room. I got locked out of my room over 4 times. The food was all but edible unless you ate the fruit. I went off resort multiple times and the food and people elsewhere were fantastic. When I went to check out, they claimed it was at 11am when it was really 12pm. I went here to dive and the only good thing were the dives.

Lugar lindo e a praia nem se fala.

My husband and I stayed at the Sunscape in CURACAO in August 2021. We elected to stay at the Sun Club and we do not regret our decision. This was our second time at this resort and we were so happy to see that Kenneth was still bartending at the Sun Club Bar! Kenneth really is the best and made our experience so much more memorable with his great attitude and delicious drinks! He’s the best bartender! Overall the food is good at all the restaurants but our favorites were Hibachi and Oceana! We will be coming back for a third visit hopefully soon. The snorkeling right off the resort is out of this world! Be sure to bring snorkel gear with you and water shoes if you don’t like stepping on rocks to enter the water.

I'm completely unsatisfied and sooo disappointed with this resort. I recommended that nobody stay here. Please do not waste your money. I am currently staying at this resort and completely regret it. No Air condition for 3 nights in the peak of summer. Waited an hour to be seated at an ALL inclusive restaurant and once seated they were out of a few of the top choices. Cant get into the reserved restaurants because they are all full. The food isn't great, the only good part are the beaches.

Absolutely loving my 20th wedding anniversary vacation here. The place can use (and has coming) an update, but still lovely. Even more enjoyable are the people..especially Valerie (my personal favorite), Kimberly, & Tyrone in VIP services and Latoya and Norma, the bartenders . They made us feel like family. However, the swim up pool bar is a complete disappointment!! More reviews to come…still here 😃😃.

Gracias por la amabilidad del personal en todos sus puestos. Hicieron parte del éxito de nuestras vacaciones. Muy buenas las habitaciones, las instalaciones y los restaurantes. Actividades para niños y jóvenes todo el día. En la noche las actividades integraban a los adultos. Excelente grupo de recreación. La comida de muy buen sabor y sazón, no muy variada entre días, pero estuvo bien. La atención en el bar de la piscina, genial por su personal con una buena energía. La playa con sillas y toallas. Lindos y variados peces se podían ver al caretear. Sugiero al hotel mejorar la logística en el check-in para no tener que esperar tanto en la asignación de la habitación.Hotel Sunscape Cuarazao, recomendado para vacaciones en familia con niños, en pareja o con grupo de amigas.

Ótimo preço, boa localização, bom atendimento e ótima comida!

Personal poco capacitado, algunos inclusive poco amables (no todos). Hotel sin gerenciamiento, todo funciona librado a lo que quieran hacer los empleados, sin orden, todo bastante caótico. Las habitaciones aceptables aunque no a la altura de un all inclusive, el cuarto de baño muy malo, la limpieza regular. La comida no es fea pero es muy monotona, además cero presentación. La bebida muy mala, tragos hechos con jugo de caja, mal hechos, la cerveza no esta bien fría,el vino caliente. Nos demoraron 1 hora en entregar la habitación, poca información cuándo se pide algo en la recepción. Lo único rescatable es el buceo/snorkelingen la playa del hotel.

Excelente hotel, instalaciones muy amplias y bonitas, súper playa y buenas y bonitas piscinas. El personal en general tienen buenas relaciones humanas. Quiero felicitar al hotel por tener en el grupo de recreacionistas a una excelente mujer muy amante de las niñas y niños, se llama LILI.

Un buen hotel, muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar en familia, cerca de el acuario y de Mambo beach, a tan solo 10 minutos en carro el centro de Curazao, del comercio y del puente flotante Reina Emma.

Overall a great vacation! The beaches are almost on par with the pictures you see on their website and it is almost truly all inclusive with food and entertainment. Positives: beautiful beaches, unlimited time at the beaches.Multiple pools to lounge around in a large portion of the day and everything is well within walking distance.Employees are friendly and they really try hard to keep people entertained. Neutrals: the food was OK.I know we didn't go to this place for the food but it had to be mentioned that the food was 'ok.' It was bad by any means, but it wasn't fantastic.I get it, they have to have food to be able to feed the resort, so they can get a pass on that. Unlimited drinks and a lot of selection of alcoholic mixed drinks.BUT majority of the time the drinks are pure sugar with very little alcohol.So honestly if you are looking to he drunk the whole week, good luck as you would have to be drinking 24 hours a day to get drunk off of the little alcohol that they give you. The rooms are adequate, but definitely not good.Negatives: room 7313 had a sewage odor the entire week.We did bring this to the attention of the resort, but nothing was done.Fortunately we didn't spend that much time in our room but it was a bad stench. The rooms had minibars that were supposed to be stocked, but it took them 3 days to stick ours, even after asking it to be stocked. The bathrooms are adequate, but the entire room could be revamped and cleaned better.

A business has to be really bad for me to write a review. The only reason that I gave any stars at all was because the staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make the experience as good as possible. Other then that my stay was less than satisfactory. The facility is outdated. I was with a group of 10, everyone complained each morning because they were sweating at night because the AC only gets cool and not cold. We requested wash clothes 2 nights in a row and NEVER got them. The was fair but far from good. Very disappointed with the drinks. The elevator did not work. The end of the property that we stay on was next to Mambo beach. Three nights in a row we were literally a part of the all night night club there. No way to sleep. All we could do is laugh at our Japanese hibachi experience experience. Our flight home was overbooked so American put us up at the Renaissance……we felt like we were finally saved from an abusive Relationship.

The Sunscape resort at Curaçao was top notch all the way around! The ocean front and beach was amazing, staff was awesome, and the entertainment at night was great! By far the best vacation I have ever gone on! The island and water was beautiful, lot’s to do and see. We will definitely be returning to Sunscape soon!

Un hotel muy grande, con muchas actividades para hacer en familia. Piscinas grandes y bonitas, una playa con buenas sillas y muy bonita. Muchos restaurantes y buena comida. Los cuartos son amplios y aseados. Las almohadas podrían ser mejor. Muy recomendado el hotel.

Bom hotel em Curação, o melhor é o serviço prestado pelos funcionários, principalmente pela Val, onde faz os brasileiros se sentirem em casa. Particularmente acho que o hotel precisa melhorar bastante nos pontos relacionado aos restaurantes! Falta opções de comida, perde-se muito tempo e muitos dias não conseguimos comer pois TODOS os locais não tinha disponibilidade com uma fila enorme sendo que os próprios funcionários já avisam que não tinha hora para ser atendido. Tentamos fazer uma reclamação e nem o gerente nos atendeu! Lamentável a postura do hotel. Outra sugestão seria o hotel aproveitar melhor o seu espaço inserindo atrações melhores e principalmente em deixar sempre aberto e divulgar um Bar com a temática esportiva que fica perdido em um canto do hotel. O All Inclusive não existiu pois não tinha a vontade, muito diferente dos resorts do Brasil. Um ponto ruim foi a limitação do sorvete, fui buscar varias vezes e sempre fechado, a impressão foi da disponibilidade com racionamento. Indico a Val pois é uma ótima pessoa e nos ajudou muito mas não indico o Hotel!

Lugar incrível, mas alguns funcionários são muito mal educados, não atendem, você chama e fingem que não viram, as camareiras limparam o meu quarto apenas 3 vezes em 7 dias, uma delas ficou reclamando da bagunça (tenho uma filha especial). No demais é muito bom

Lugar maravilhoso, all incluse, ótimas bebidas e comidas. O melhor de tudo é a Val, uma brasileira que trabalha lá e te ajuda em tudo que precisar, dando dicas e monta atéum roteiro para você.

Aqui apesar de ser um resort vc para acessar esta praia não precisa entrar pelo resort. De frente ao hotel Atlanta Seaview vc acessa esta praia gratuitamente e é linda, muito melhor que mambo. Aqua cristalina e otima para snorkeling!

Importante ressaltar que não é um resort 5 estrelas. A partir daí, é relaxar, não ter pressa, entender que existe algumas espera para os restaurantes, o que pode ser ótimo, pois assim vc pode curtirum vinho ou drink com seu amor enquanto aguarda. Excelente estrutura e apartamentos.

Resort Outdated! Cold food on buffet; we requested them to please warm our food. Not much variety 👎👎on the buffet. Staff eating from buffet during restaurant opening hour; very unprofessional. Very friendly staff tho. Loved the entertainment staff. Beach & Pool is lovely!! COLD Jacuzzi. Would be a lovely place if they work on some updates.

The staff was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was very good but they need to change the menu every few days. I was getting tired of eating the same thing. A week was enough with the food offered. They say no leaving towels on the beach chairs but people still did so hard to get a chair some days. I watched chairs sit with towels on them for many hours with no one around many times.

The beach is lovely. We had a day pass that was good until 8 pm but all the rentals closed at 3pm. The food left much to be desired and I didn't eat all day. The hot tub was cold. Three Stars for the staff and drinks my family enjoyed. I wouldn't be able to spend a week there.

This was our second visit to the resort and it was honestly great. The staff is super friendly. The food is decent, the rooms are clean, the beach is wonderful and the kids club and it’s staff are lovely. For those who are saying they wanted VIP service, I’d say try to manage your expectations. Curacao is an overall pricey island so if you’re looking for the price to deliver a 5 star luxury experience, there are other options you can pay double for. We've had a wonderful experience And can’t wait to visit again next year.

I had a wonderful time at this resort and spa. It has a beautiful beach and pool area. There are enough bars that serve good cocktails. The staff is great, they aim to please. They keep the place clean. The only place I felt it could be better is the food.
