Soy ex empleada del hotel....... del area de hauskepin...no se valora mucho el trabajo de este personal ..... hay huéspedesque de verdad son desordenados 🤭🤭🤭 otros q son ordenados 😌😌😌🤗pero estamos para servirles😏😏😏 el supervisor Bernardes un ser despresiable doble cara boten a esa persona .... ademas colocan demaciado trabajo al personal de limpieza...... recuerdesn que si no hay personas que limpien no tiene nada

El hotel está en el lugar perfecto en el centro de la ciudad. Caminamos por todas partes durante nuestra estancia aquí. El servicio fue excelente en la recepción felicitaciones a Bobby, el gerente, fue rápido, amable y eficiente mientras nos ayudó. Las habitaciones son limpias y modernas. ¡El sky bar es ABSOLUTAMENTE impresionante con las fogatas! ¡Recomiendo ir justo antes del atardecer! Amy y Jackie eran las camareras más dulces. ¡Definitivamente me quedaré aquí cuando esté en el área del centro de Orlando! 10/10

Hotel está no local perfeito no centro da cidade. Caminhamos por toda parte durante a nossa estadia aqui. O serviço foi ótimo na recepção elogios para Bobby o gerente ele foi rápido, amigável e eficiente enquanto nos auxiliava. Os quartos são limpos e modernos. O sky bar é ABSOLUTAMENTE deslumbrante com as fogueiras! Eu recomendo ir lá antes do pôr do sol! Amy e Jackie eram as garçonetes mais doces. Com certeza ficarei aqui quando estiver no centro de Orlando! 10/10

Hotel is in the perfect spot in downtown. We walked everywhere during our stay here. Service was great at the front desk kudos to Bobby the manager he was fast, friendly and efficient while assisting us. The rooms are clean and modern. The sky bar is ABSOLUTELY stunning with the fire pits! I recommend going there right before sunset! Amy and Jackie were the sweetest waitresses. Will definitely stay here when in the downtown Orlando area! 10/10

Completamente despreparado e pouco profissional. Nós tínhamos uma reserva e fomos informados (depois de nos terem dito para sentar no andar de baixo) que poderíamos subir - apenas para sermos expulsos (embora tivéssemos uma reserva).O serviço foi muito lento. Eles são, no entanto, excelentes e bem treinados em se desculpar.A decoração é mínima. Se ele realmente tivesse uma visão, poderia estar ok. Mas não há vista.Eles têm um longo caminho a percorrer para compreender o serviço de primeira classe. É uma vergonha completa para a marca Marriott.

Completely unprepared and unprofessional.We had a reservation and were told (after being told to sit downstairs)that we could go up - only to be kicked out (even though we had a reservation).Service was VERY slow. They are, however excellent and well practiced at apologizing.Decor is minimal.If it actually had a view it might be ok. But there is no view.They have a long way to go in understanding first class service.It’s a complete embarrassment to the Marriott brand.

Fiquei aqui por uma noite para ver um jogo de Magic antes de ir para a Disney. Este lugar excedeu minhas expectativas.Patrick e Lilly na recepção foram INCRÍVEIS durante a nossa estadia. Durante o check-in, Patrick foi acima e além para garantir que nossa estadia fosse livre de estresse. O garçom Josh no skybar realmente fez nosso tempo muito melhor, ele foi INCRÍVEL para nós também. Nos deu ótimas recomendações para a Disney e foi super profissional o tempo todo. Não entendi o nome da garota no saguão do nível da base usando uma camisa azul, mas ela foi super simpática também quando perguntei sobre o estacionamento!Os quartos aqui são ótimos com chuveiros com cascata, excelentes vistas da cidade e uma cama super confortável. Trabalhei na hospitalidade 5 estrelas de Nova York por anos e posso dizer honestamente que fiquei impressionado com este hotel, desde a equipe até as comodidades. Vou ficar 200% aqui novamente quando voltar para a cidade !!Obrigado time !!!

Me alojé aquí por una noche para ver un juego de Magic antes de ir a Disney. Este lugar superó mis expectativas.Patrick y Lilly en la recepción fueron INCREÍBLES durante nuestra estancia. Durante el check-in, Patrick hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera libre de estrés. El camarero Josh en el skybar realmente hizo que nuestro tiempo fuera mucho mejor, él también fue INCREÍBLE para nosotros. Nos dio excelentes recomendaciones para Disney y fue súper profesional en todo momento. No obtuve el nombre de la chica del vestíbulo de la planta baja con una camisa azul, ¡pero también fue muy amable cuando le pregunté sobre el estacionamiento!Las habitaciones aquí son geniales con duchas en cascada, excelentes vistas de la ciudad y una cama súper cómoda. Trabajé en la hospitalidad de 5 estrellas de Nueva York durante años y puedo decir honestamente que este hotel me impresionó, desde el personal hasta las comodidades. ¡Me quedaré aquí al 200% de nuevo cuando esté de vuelta en la ciudad!Gracias equipo !!!

Stayed here for a night to see a Magic game before heading to Disney. This place exceeded my expectations. Patrick and Lilly at the front desk were INCREDIBLE during our stay. During check-in, Patrick went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress free. The waiter Josh at the skybar really made our time that much better, he was AWESOME for us as well. Gave us great recommendations for Disney and was super professional throughout. I didn’t get the name of the girl at the base level lobby wearing a blue shirt, but she was super friendly too when I asked about parking! The rooms here are great with waterfall showers, great city views and a super comfy bed. I worked in 5-star NYC hospitality for years and I can honestly say I was impressed by this hotel from the staff to the amenities. I will 200% stay here again when I’m back in town!! Thanks team!!!

O hotel está perfeitamente localizado no centro de Orlando e é uma propriedade muito agradável, mas não vale a pena o incômodo. Em 2 noites que fiquei aqui, o alarme de incêndio disparou às 6h45 de uma manhã e tendo que descer 20 lances de escada, e então o que parece um alarme de incêndio disparando em um quarto 3 ou 4 portas abaixo à 1h. Além disso, os trens que passam diretamente atrás do hotel a qualquer hora do dia e da noite dificultam o sono. Se você consegue dormir durante um show de rock, então não há problema em ficar aqui. Caso contrário, encontraria uma propriedade diferente para me hospedar.

Novo hotel. Só passei a noite devido a uma escala. Aparentemente depois das 23h. Não há ninguém na mesa do nível da praça e você deve prosseguir para o 18º andar. Teria sido útil se houvesse sinalização para orientá-lo, havia um funcionário do SunTrust Plaza no saguão, mas ele não ajudou em nada até que alguns hóspedes mencionaram que iriam ao 18º andar para fazer o check-in.Fora isso, atendimento ao cliente excepcional ao fazer o check-in por Adrian. Ele foi informativo e profissional. O quarto era limpo e convidativo e muito moderno. Lembro-me de ver isso sendo construído, fico feliz em ver que está completo e bom.

Era um hotel muito limpo. O sky bar tinha uma vibração tão boa. Os funcionários do balcão de check-in no dia 18 são tão simpáticos! Espaço para crescimento ajudaria os hóspedes com a bagagem do carro e do quarto. Serviço de quarto. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos. A recepção no nível 1 é muito rude, especificamente o homem branco com cabelo escuro. Christopher e Candy no sky bar são as pessoas mais doces de todos os tempos. Esse serviço excelente e ótimas recomendações !!

Limpo, relaxante e confortável. Solicitado andar mais alto possível com vista da cidade e foi concedido facilmente. O Sky Bar é elegante, as vistas são lindas de lá e os bartenders sabem exatamente o que estão fazendo (ótimas bebidas). Com certeza vou ficar aqui novamente na próxima vez que visitar Orlando.

Hotel completamente nuevo. Solo pasó la noche debido a una escala. Aparentemente después de las 11 pm. No hay nadie en el mostrador del nivel de la plaza y debe pasar al piso 18. Hubiera sido útil si se hubiera colocado una señalización para dirigirlo, había un oficial de SunTrust Plaza en el lobby, pero no fue de ninguna ayuda hasta que algunos invitados mencionaron que ir al piso 18 para registrarse.Fuera de eso, un servicio al cliente excepcional cuando Adrian se registró. Fue informativo y profesional. La habitación estaba limpia y era acogedora y muy moderna. Recuerdo haber visto cómo se estaba construyendo, me alegro de verlo terminado y agradable.

Limpio, relajante y cómodo. Se solicitó el piso más alto posible con vista a la ciudad y se otorgó fácilmente. Sky bar es elegante, las vistas son preciosas desde allí y los camareros saben exactamente lo que están haciendo (excelentes bebidas). Sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Orlando.

Era un hotel muy limpio. El bar del cielo tenía muy buena vibra. El personal del mostrador de facturación en 18 es muy agradable. El espacio para el crecimiento sería ayudar a los huéspedes con el equipaje desde el automóvil hasta la habitación. Servicio de habitaciones. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. La recepción en el nivel 1 es muy grosera, específicamente el hombre blanco con cabello oscuro. Christopher y Candy en el sky bar son las personas más dulces de todos los tiempos. ¡Qué excelente servicio y excelentes recomendaciones!

Brand new hotel. Only spent the night due to a layover. Apparently after 11pm. There is no one at the plaza level desk and you have to proceed to the 18th floor. Would have been helpful if signage were posted to direct you, there was a SunTrust Plaza officer in the lobby, but he was no help at all until some guests mentioned about going to the 18th floor to check in.Outside of that, exceptional customer service when being checked in by Adrian. He was informative and professional. The room was clean and inviting and very modern. I remember seeing this being built, I'm glad to see its completed and nice.

Clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Requested highest floor possible with city view and it was granted easily. Sky bar is elegant, views are lovely from there and the bartenders know exactly what they're doing (great drinks). I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Orlando.

It was a very clean hotel. The sky bar was such a good vibe. Staff at the check-in desk on 18 are so nice!! Room for growth would be helping guest with luggage from the car and to the room. Room service. Rooms are extremely small. The front desk on level 1 are very rude, specifically the white male with dark hair. Christopher and Candy in the sky bar are the sweetest people ever. Such excellent service and great recommendations!!

Hotel is perfectly located in Downtown Orlando and is a very nice property, but not worth the hassle. In 2 nights I stayed here, the fire alarm went off at 6:45am one morning and having to walk down 20 flights of stairs, and then what sounds like a fire alarm going off in one room 3 or 4 doors down at 1am. Also, the trains passing directly behind the hotel at all hours day and night make any sleep difficult. If you can sleep through a rock concert then you should be fine staying here. Otherwise, I would find a different property to stay at.
