“Completely unprepared and unprofessional.We had a reservation and were told (after being told to sit downstairs)that we could go up - only to be kicked out (even though we had a reservation).Service was VERY slow. They are, however excellent and well practiced at apologizing.Decor is minimal.If it actually had a view it might be ok. But there is no view.They have a long way to go in understanding first class service.It’s a complete embarrassment to the Marriott brand.”

“Clean, relaxing, and comfortable. Requested highest floor possible with city view and it was granted easily. Sky bar is elegant, views are lovely from there and the bartenders know exactly what they're doing (great drinks). I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Orlando.”
