“Kalvin from the beach area was AMAZING. He was friendly and professional and offered us a Five-Star experience (pun intended). Jaya from the pool is always fantastic. Ran into him and it was such a treat. Made me remember all of the countless times he has provided us with such fantastic service and always kept us coming back. Thank you both! “I recently stayed in the five palm as part of our honeymoon, the hotel is really lovely and the food also nice, We had to change rooms during our stay, due to noise. I left my rings and earrings beside the bed as I always do before sleeping when we changed rooms I left my wedding rings in the original room and they were taken, management did not care they asked to search my bags instead of looking for my rings (clearly taken by staff) I had to go to reception and complain also had to email the hotel for the complaint to be taken seriously I had to get police involved and since leaving the hotel have not replied to any emails. I would not recommend the hotel to stay in, a visit to a restaurant or maybe the pool yes but to stay as a guest NO they’re are so many lovely hotels in…”
