“Services are below average The 2 stars are only because the hotel looks nice and the location is great. And here are few disappointing FACTS about this hotel: 1. TV Doesn’t have any English Channels, Movie channels or Music Channels!! That’s super disappointing for the price you pay and you would expect the channels to be at least in English and be able to watch a movie or listen to music or something after a long day! 2. The music is so loud from the outside and regardless where you are in the hotel, you will hear it in your room 3. Concierge in the morning was too slow and I had to take my luggage down to the reception on my own 4. The spa was disappointing for many reasons: A. My therapist was wearing sweatpants and sneakers!!! I don’t even know what to say about this it just felt wrong and I am questioning the management of the hotel and the spa! B. The spa didn’t have music! When I asked about the reason the answer was that my appointment was the last appointment of the day and they stop the music in the treatment rooms before that! I find this disturbing and again I would question the management about this! 5. Even-though there are precautions taken for Valet parkings, they weren’t clearing respected for my car in the Morning and that’s dangerous and endangering Everyone including me and my surrounding and I hope this hotel will take some actions!Seriously disappointing experience and stay The hotel is famous for its facilities, but surely the spa and hotel are not worth your money and will surely be disappointing!”

“We were in the Hotel for 7 days. With the help of a member from five palm Hotel i suprised my wive with a decorated room. The name of the member was Ana. she was able to help me with all of my problems from day one to departure. I have seldom seen such good service. if you are on vacation here, ask for Ana, who always gives you good advice and is at your side. She asked us every day if we needed anything. She was the reason why we found our way around a foreign country and were in good hands.”
