Came here for a short staycation with my partner and we loved the vibe of the hotel. The beach and pool had a great atmosphere to it, very friendly wait staff at the beach. But a big shoutout to Mia, the Kazakh lady who went above and beyond during our stay to make sure that we were well looked after! Kudos to her!

Pros: - Restaurants: Good was Devine in every restaurant causing a tear of jou with every bite - Beach: Calm waters with sensational skyline and sunset views - Party Scene: Bar none with great music and great people CONS: - Faulty issues in the room (microwave didn't work, phone didn't work twice, air condition made a loud noise at night, TV in living room was crooked TV in bedroom didn't work when we checked in) - Duty Managers. They never compensated me for these issues, and would promise to contact me but didn't - Staff are overworked causing them to forget requests (at breakfast we had to remind them of items they should've served as part of brunch, at front desk they would forget to pass on messages to the duty manager) - Small gym

We were in the Hotel for 7 days. With the help of a member from five palm Hotel i suprised my wive with a decorated room. The name of the member was Ana. she was able to help me with all of my problems from day one to departure. I have seldom seen such good service. if you are on vacation here, ask for Ana, who always gives you good advice and is at your side. She asked us every day if we needed anything. She was the reason why we found our way around a foreign country and were in good hands.

My husband and I come to Dubai every few months. Every time we go to book our trip we ask ourselves the same question; where shall we stay? We have stayed at the Five many times now but know that there are so many other beautiful hotels in Dubai that we are curious to explore and see what they have to offer. However, we worry that other hotels will not be able to uphold the same level of service that we have received at the Five and we will leave feeling disappointed. Myself and 2 friends visited penthouse on a Wednesday night, and the experience was amazing. The food was delicious and served so well and they have an amazing range of cocktails. The service was also incredible- the waiters were so polite and constantly refilling us. We will definitely be returning!

Management are so bad they do not treat all guests the same, I had to change rooms during stay (do not stay in a city view suite) due to noise. I left my wedding rings in the room beside the bed and staff took my wedding rings in the space of me changing rooms. It took me to go through housekeeping/ reception and then had to send an email to the hotel for someone to listen to me, I had management search my own bags instead of searching their staff, besides my horrible experience of having something with such sentimental value taken, I still would not recommend, management are bad and it’s very clear that there are a lot of ‘working’ women in the hotel, if you do not want to be robbed do not stay here, my fourth visit to Dubai there are so many more lovely hotels with great staff and it is not the five hotel....

This is a 3 star club and not a hotel. The customer care and staff are literally club bouncers. You do not feel that you are in a five star hotel. They lack manners, attitude, and professionalism in hospitality. As a tenant in the hotel you will be dealt with as a drunk guy walking around being questioned about everywhere you go as the club hotel is open for the public. The glass system in the rooms is the lowest possible, and so from my room at the 5th floor i can literally hear every single car passing by. Unless your drunk or depth then you can forget about having a good night sleep. Keep in mind that someone will be standing at the lift asking you about your room number and you will have to wait until he confirms that every single time you need to go to your room, making you feel as if you are a stranger roaming around, and yes even if you show him the room card.

Booked for a room at 5 the palm 🌴 which was amazing but we decided to spend a little bit more and pamper ourselves and have more space and amazing view... We were lucky to met Miya who was simply amazing, provided us with multiple options and gave us detailed information about each option which gave us a clear understanding about what we chose yet we a bit confused but she managed to convince us to chose the suite she recommended. Overall hotel location and facilities are amazing and staff are very kind... each time we met Miya she was able to remember our names and greated with such genuine beautiful smile she simply made us feel very special and made our stay more enjoyable through her ken to help and kindness Thank you to all of you for your the outstanding service...

I recently stayed in the five palm as part of our honeymoon, the hotel is really lovely and the food also nice, We had to change rooms during our stay, due to noise. I left my rings and earrings beside the bed as I always do before sleeping when we changed rooms I left my wedding rings in the original room and they were taken, management did not care they asked to search my bags instead of looking for my rings (clearly taken by staff) I had to go to reception and complain also had to email the hotel for the complaint to be taken seriously I had to get police involved and since leaving the hotel have not replied to any emails. I would not recommend the hotel to stay in, a visit to a restaurant or maybe the pool yes but to stay as a guest NO they’re are so many lovely hotels in…

We came for breakfast in delisserie as explained by amanda its a coffee shop within the hotel,Amanda was very patient with us and explained with a linient attitude about what we could eat as it was our first day in the hotel and being a vegan couple it was not easy for us,we did not want to bother her but she gave us a vegan option and the food was really tasty....all in all the hotel is superb!! Maiden Shanghai was amazing, food, service, the whole experience at dinner was superbe. Lessly, our server, was brilliant and really took good care of us. Thank you for a wonderful evening after an eccentric day! Unfortunately, there was a huge list of issues from the minute we got to the hotel. The room was filthy upon check-in, dirt and finger prints everywhere. We're in the middle of a pandemic and this is unacceptable. Kalvin from the beach area was AMAZING. He was friendly and professional and offered us a Five-Star experience (pun intended). Jaya from the pool is always fantastic. For our first trip to dubai we really found the best place. We travelled for my partners b/day and she was really impressed. The resort has the best views of the marina city (make sure you get the luxe city view room!!) Service throughout is top notch and was really helped by reka in lifestyle in organising a birthday set up in the room. Only negatives is there is little choice at breakfast and also service for drinks and food at the beach is really poor, if it was not for saman the service would have been a total mess as he only remembered the orders and was really efficient (he deserves looking after) Apart from the above it really is amazing and definitely worth going. We have been to the five once before but with everything happening with covid you guys have gone above & beyond to ensure people have an enjoyable stay regardless of the restrictions! Everything was EXCEPTIONAL but in particular the people above PLUS Sreejith, [emailprotected] the Boulevard!!!! Working under high pressure with lots of guests you guys were amazing! The staff at the five are SPOT ON. Also the manager SAMBIT who went above & beyond to assist us multiple times. Including securing our room when we wanted to stay later. He is fantastic! The security are amazing in particular Israel who was on the ball always & so good at his job! We already can’t wait to come back!! Thank you! Where to start....easy to say if you are below 25 years (unless you want to feel completely out of place), want to party 24/7, take lots of selfies for your instagram page then this is for sure the best place to stay in Dubai. The hotel is run with tight security (good in some places but not Dubai!), you are questioned as you walk around the hotel as to who and what your intent is ....hmmm just trying to find the way to the beach and to avoid the pumping music and peeps lying all over each other due to copious amounts of alcohol ...we are still suppose to be social distancing!!!. On the positive points and there are some, Amanda in the small breakfast area in the mornings is a delight, the view (if you pick the right room) is super, a choice of restaurants and great spa and gym.

Everything here revolves around the external, as long as you don't walk around in high-quality clothing, you will be ignored in this hotel. It's the worst hotel, with the poorest service and very condescending. I've never been so humiliated as in this hotel. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. the staff is very superficial and you are treated very badly if you walk around in jeans and a shirt. Not every guest at this hotel is treated equally. I was not even allowed before Corona to sit and wait in the lobby. I checked out 2 days earlier today because I couldn't stand this humiliation any longer. I've never given a bad rating but with this humiliation, i even created a google account .

Somos um grupo de 5 amigos que vieram passar férias no hotel Five palm. O hotel tem uma bela vista, no entanto, fomos colocados em um quarto que estava sendo reformado ... muito, muito barulho constante durante a tarde. Os quartos são espaçosos e cada quarto tem uma cabina de duche. A piscina tem um tamanho adequado no entanto a manutenção deve ser revista, um dos meus amigos presentes comigo cortou o dedo do pé por causa de um pedaço de ladrilho quebrado na piscina, muito decepcionante para um 5 estrelas. Apesar de uma espera de 2 horas para o check-in, a suíte estava bastante empoeirada. As varandas também pareciam sujas. Algumas partes normalmente escondidas são visíveis (a casa das máquinas e medidores de eletricidade) e sem qualquer proteção, mais uma vez a sala fornecida parece estar danificada. Foi uma pena que ficamos tão felizes de ficar neste hotel, mas muita decepção o hotel 5 estrelas não é sentida para a limpeza. Temos o quarto 31001 se outros turistas tiverem o mesmo quarto, tome cuidado com a piscina e com o medidor e a sala das máquinas, especialmente se vier com crianças. Somos 5, apenas 3 toalhas nos foram dadas ... A churrasqueira fornecida está cheia de sujeira ... O wi-fi está muito baixo e a conexão muito alta foi anunciada. 1 roupão de banho para 2, embora sejam quartos duplos. Cama muito pequena para 2 pessoas ... Um monte de detalhes que nos fazem não querer ficar neste hotel novamente.Fios elétricos dos leds da piscina remendado com skotch a 2 centímetros da água ... We are a group of 5 friends who have come to spend a holiday at the Five palm hotel. The hotel has quite a nice view, however we were placed under a room that was being renovated... very very disturbing constant noise in the afternoon. The rooms are spacious and each room has a shower room. The swimming pool is of a suitable size however the maintenance is to be reviewed, one of my friends present with me cut his toe because of a piece of broken tile in the pool very disappointing for a 5 star. Despite a 2 hour wait for check-in the suite was quite dusty. The balconies also seemed uncleaned. Some normally hidden parts are visible (the motor room and electricity meters) and without any protection, once again the room provided seems to be botched. It was a real shame we were so happy to stay in this hotel but a lot of disappointment the 5 star hotel is not felt for the cleanliness. We have room 31001 if other tourists have the same room, beware of the swimming pool and the meter and motor room especially if you come with children. There are 5 of us, only 3 towels were given to us... The barbecue provided is full of dirt... The wifi is very low and the very high connection announced. 1 bathrobe for 2 although they are double rooms. Bed too small for 2 people... A lot of details that makes us not want to stay in this hotel again.Electric wires of the leds in the pool patched with skotch at 2 centimeters from the water... A SHAME!!!!TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE CEILING ALMOST FEEL ON MY FRIEND!!!

I travel to Dubai often and this hotel has the worst service I have ever experienced. It started before I even got to the hotel. Originally my holiday had been cancelled due to covid and travel restrictions and I had booked with free cancellation and the hotel refused to return my money but they offered to upgrade my room to half board if I booked again. As they still had my money I booked for a short weekend and before I got there I spoke with their concierge on WhatsApp about booking my covid test for the day I arrive. We agreed a time and when I checked in i messaged to confirm, she said she hadn't booked it even though she had read the message and the time was no longer available the only availability was now at 10pm and 8pm on different days. I explained I'm on holiday I have plans and reservations why wouldn't you book the time I originally asked for? No response. That became a recurring theme. Either it was read but no response or the message was read and replied to several hours after it had been sent. This caused me a lot of stress as my results did not come until 4hrs before my flight home. I had asked the concierge in person and on WhatsApp multiple times to ask about my results and instead they kept relaying the same info they had gotten for other guests. My results had been sent to the wrong email address and could have been rectified if the concierge actually bothered to call them and ask specifically about my results. I felt more stressed coming home than I did when I got there. Furthermore, they discriminate against people who travel alone. I had left my things on a sunbed by the pool for less than 10 mins and I watched from the balcony as they moved my things to let a father and his son take it because they wanted to be in the shade and I was only using one sun bed whereas couples who had been gone for hours had been left untouched. When i went down to ask about this they said i had been gone for 20 minutes lying to me as though I hadn't watched the whole thing. Furthermore, touching my property during a pandemic is unacceptable. The rooms itself are poorly finished, damage on the wardrobe doors because they don't close properly, paint on the metal, sharp metal edges, the room is not clean. There was hair in my shower. This is not a place for children or families, there is definitely something very dodgy about the hotel. There is nothing classy or elegant about this hotel. I will definitely not be returning

I arrived at check in and was upgraded to a sea view room! Which was lovely. Once I settled in the room, I came down stairs to go and have a look at the beach. I asked one of the members of staff how to get there and he said he would show me. He gave me a full tour of the whole hotel from the beach to the penthouse bar. He name was Stephen, he was really lovely, he said he had worked there since it had opened. He even gave me and my daughter a complimentary breakfast in the morning! I felt very well lookes after and we were only there for one night. Would definitely go back.

Hotel ideal para viajar en pareja o viaje con amigos. Es un lugar agradable, donde ir tanto de fiesta como para pasar un tiempo en pareja para desconectar. No hay muchos niños, esta muy bien situado, el servicio es muy atento. La piscina es una muy buena zona de ocio en la que tomar algo, con música de fondo. El hotel está dividido en zonas, para perder adaptarse a tus necesidades, y el plan que te apetezca en ese momento.

Services are below average The 2 stars are only because the hotel looks nice and the location is great. And here are few disappointing FACTS about this hotel: 1. TV Doesn’t have any English Channels, Movie channels or Music Channels!! That’s super disappointing for the price you pay and you would expect the channels to be at least in English and be able to watch a movie or listen to music or something after a long day! 2. The music is so loud from the outside and regardless where you are in the hotel, you will hear it in your room 3. Concierge in the morning was too slow and I had to take my luggage down to the reception on my own 4. The spa was disappointing for many reasons: A. My therapist was wearing sweatpants and sneakers!!! I don’t even know what to say about this it just felt wrong and I am questioning the management of the hotel and the spa! B. The spa didn’t have music! When I asked about the reason the answer was that my appointment was the last appointment of the day and they stop the music in the treatment rooms before that! I find this disturbing and again I would question the management about this! 5. Even-though there are precautions taken for Valet parkings, they weren’t clearing respected for my car in the Morning and that’s dangerous and endangering Everyone including me and my surrounding and I hope this hotel will take some actions!Seriously disappointing experience and stay The hotel is famous for its facilities, but surely the spa and hotel are not worth your money and will surely be disappointing!
